Excellent location, great staff and good food. Overall a great place to be and stay was comfortable. Breakfast menu was great and so as the taste. Courtesy extended was amazing and bonus was pet food which was not charged and bed provided to our furry baby.

Room Size could have been bigger. Light in the balcony attached with the room would be great but no complaints as we enjoyed a dim light dinner. Bathroom looks old fashioned which could be renovated.

Nice restaurant but tired greek salad with no onions and lettuce so limp it was drowning in olive oil.

Car valet service: they broke the step off my Land Rover then loosely hung it back probably hoping it would fall off and I wouldn't know bit was their doing! They then lied that a car had done the damage: according to their security! In which case why had they not told me and as they were security and my car was in their charge what had they not apprehended the car driver? Fact is their driver had damaged my car and they hoped to deceive me. Very poor response from Taj management whom we have known for 48years!

The breakfast was good. we were particularly touched by the care and hospitality shown to us by Mr. Rajendra Sane in the Gym and Ms. Nirmala from the breakfast area. I didnt realize that Mr. Rajendra was a professional body builder. I think it might help if you publicize this fact in the gym. As a means to inspire.

Not everyone in the dining is trained. For eg: I found that the waiters would take our cutlery (And we were seated) to give it to another table. [or]- not all items were served in the same manner. The bath tub for shower is not practical. Its best to have a cubicle for shower. Its safer, hygienic and affords more space.

The hotel itself has a matt finish kind of look making it appear as if some work still needs to be done (though I believe this may be by design). We arrived early and the rooms were unavailable. That was fine as we stepped out for lunch. The room was spacious, bed was nice and plenty of water in the room. It was hot and we were consuming water. Housekeeping was quick to respond to requests. Room service was good too. The breakfast buffest is a lavish spread. For dinner we chose Ala Carte which was nice. I like the Taj brand and will definitely consider staying here in the future too.

I was surprised to see no bathroom slippers. There was no mention of any additional facilities during checkin (eg Swimming Pool). Parking is out in the open and hence the car does get a little hot.

Location is very convenient to access most of the places in Vadodara. Comfortable interiors. We got upgraded to the executive floor, thank you Pratham. Excellent dinner buffet and was well served by Sunil. We even enjoyed the complimentary hi-tea as timely suggested by Neelima. My husband had a heat stroke and the hotel staff was most helpful in arranging for a Dr as well as the medicines prescribed even late at night. Rajbir in the reception was cery accommodating in extending our check out so that we could leave for our flight with proper rest

Great stay. Loved the feel of the property and the hospitality. Highlight was personal training with Mr. Rajendra who was knowledgeable, helpful and showed me a great workout routine. As per check-in Shantanu helped me for a smooth checkin and late checkout. A+ Care and hospitality by him. In the restaurant calls out to Neelima, Mallavika, Pinki, Sachin (best omlette in a long time!), Vinay, Vikas for breakfast and most of all to Sunil who really looked after us so well during Lunch that we didn’t want to leave ! I will definitely stay here again !

some advanced notice that the pool would be closed. also if they could reply to Booking.com messages.

Happy to get the call from reception immediately after booking.com customer care executive prompt response and call to the the reception to sort out full board accomodation . Chef Tanaji was very interesting especially about liking of food and quick preparation ...

Discrepancy pertaining to Full boarding booking for 5th to 6th Oct where It was denied at the reception.It was told that only one Major meal and breakfast complementary for the booking. The arrival date is specified as 6th Oct however I checked in 5th Oct and extended the stay till 7th Oct. It may great confusions at my office due such invoice.

Loved the ease of check in and check out as well as the attentiveness of the staff for every request made. Especially want to mention Mr. Ramesh & Ms Malvika from dinner service and Mr. Amit from the breakfast service for making our dining experience exceptional. Also loved the COVID protocols being followed properly. Felt safe and taken care of. Also thanks to Mr. Mayank from reception for getting our car washed on time for our next day’s journey.

Nothing. Walking to the banquet from rooms, can be made covered. Will pose a problem if weather is inclement.

The swimming pool is excellent! The buffet spread in both breakfast and dinner was superb in quality as well as variety. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and gracious. Mr. Mayank, at the reception was extremely prompt and helpful. Had a great stay

The cupboards are not upto the mark. For a family of 3 (couple and child of 7), we didnt have proper place to keep clothes etc.
