Great location, very helpful/ informative staff, access to Nespresso type machine for coffee/ tea at all hours. Great water pressure in the shower

Our room/ bathroom (#1) seemed to be missing any hooks for towels, so that would be a benefit to the room. Due to its proximity to everything (which is fantastic), we found it a bit loud when late night crowds passed by on the street or when traffic started up early morning (once again, room #1)... so, if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping, ask for one of the rooms not street facing. Also, there are stairs, so just make sure you're comfortable with going up and down with luggage. These did not affect our enjoyment of the place, just things to be aware of! :)

Location, location, location!! Get room 1! It sits in an intersection, has two windows with two great and very different views and allows for a cross breeze. That was important to us as Ireland typically doesn’t do air conditioners. It was larger than I expected, clean and comfortable. We were able to park the car and not drive again until we left Dingle. Slea Head drive is their back yard. Loved our stay!!

The shower is a bit small but so am I so it wasn’t a big deal but if you’re a larger person I could see it being a challenge, though not impossible. The breakfast is like €15 per person extra so we didn’t get it and there’s a quaint coffee shop in the same building so it’s not a big deal to just go there. I’m not saying the breakfast was bad as I didn’t eat it, I’m just warning it’s not included in the room but there are LOTS of close by options that are probably less expensive than €15 per person.

We stayed at the Quayside b&b which is an ideal location in Dingle. Close to the piers/shops and only a few blocks walk from downtown with its abundance of pubs. The B&B is a converted stable, with the first floor stalls now shops. Our room, number 1 was large with a comfortable bed, couch and table. Breakfast was a choice of full English breakfast, scrambled eggs, bagel, or porage with cereal and fruit. The main attraction of the B&B was Maurice and his lovely wife. We enjoyed our encounters, and the lively conversations. Maurice in a typical Irish lament said “how do i know what I’m thinking until I say it” They were more than willing to provide whatever we needed. We highly recommend the Quayside.

We recently stayed for 2 nights and are still charmed by the experience. Such a warm welcome from Maurice and Therese. Rather than guests, we were treated as if we were extended family. The chat and catch-up was infectious and enlivened with the happiest humour. Within walking distance of the town centre, the Quayside is easily accessible with free parking available. Our room was very clean and warm, with comfortable bed, fresh linens, toiletries and towels and invigorating shower. Breakfast was excellent and filling, with lots of options including full Irish, scrambled eggs and salmon, porridge, cereals and fruit, all excellently freshly prepared by Therese. Looking forward to further stays in the Quayside.

The location is across from the quay, very sccessible and convenient central waterfront location. Parking was only available public parking and no issue early November although it could be during a busier time. Breakfast was an additional 10 € each, probably competitive with other places but the convenience made it worth the cost. Beds were comfy and the bathroom functioning. Be mindful the toilet tank took several minutes to refill. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions. We are hoping to return here someday.

During the evening we could connect to the wifi router but it was not connected to the internet. No one was available to help resolve this se we used individual plan data. Guests at the other side had no issue when we asked others the following morning. When mentioned to staff in the morning we were told there were 2 routers, one serving each side of the long narrow building that was once the town stables (very cool!)

Everything was very clean, the beds were box springs and therefore super comfy. We had fresh linens, towels and toiletries. We loved our host. He took the effort of learning our names upfront, so he knew who was coming. He was so funny and such a welcoming, caring man. We felt immediately at home in Dingle because of him. Wonderful person, which we talked to for quite a bit before making it to our assigned room.

The room was smaller than expected; we had a pitched roof, and our beds were placed behind each other to fit the space. It's definitely a creative/practical use of space.

The location was perfect for our needs. You are right in the centre of everything that Dingle has to offer. Our host Maurice was superb, friendly, welcoming, and funny as well. Excellent service from both him and his wife.

Would have liked to have had tea and coffee making available in the room to avoid disturbing other guests with noise, but this is a minor issue.

We got a very warm welcome from our host, who had to adapt to our change of schedule (buses). He answered emails promptly, indicated the bus lines and schedules... He gave us a lot of advice regarding places to eat, authentic pubs. First Irish man we met and really the sweetest! The traditional breakfast was just perfect. The place was perfectly neat and clean. It is right opposite the bus stop from Tralee and next to a Supervalue. When we come back to Dingle, we'll surely sleep at this place!

Breakfasts were very good and we could help ourselves to tea, coffee etc at anytime. The location was excellent for accessing the harbour area and all restaurants, pubs, shops etc on foot. The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean and the hosts asked us each day if we needed anything, fresh towels, bins emptied etc. Did we have everything we needed? We enjoyed chatting to Maurice and Therese while finishing breakfast and they always asked how we had found the evening meals at the restaurants we'd used.

The room was a bit tight for space. (We aren't big people). We managed but it would be difficult for a longer stay.

Maurice and Therese were the kindest hosts I've ever met, and made it a truly exceptional experience. The breakfast especially was a highlight, and in general it was great to be so centrally located in Dingle, in such a cozy and homely accomodation.

The only small point I could make is that the room was a little on the small side, but that's very much to be expected in such an old building, and the coziness and cleanliness of it more than made up for it.
