The room

unfortunately one of the guest services refused to give me the category of Room I’ve booked, but the guest relation manager solve this in easy way…( unnecessary situation just make me feel uncomfortable)

♡ good breakfast, you can choose whatever you want, from typical Irish breakfast to cereals or sweet porridge with banana and strawberries 🍓 😋 ♡ nice clean room 👌🏻 always everything clean just one day the shower 🚿 gel with body lotion and shampoo with conditioner wasn't changed. It was immediately corrected when I got it at the reception. ♡ every day you get two bottles of water 💧 ♡ everything was modern, when you check-in you get 2 cards for lift, room opening and electricity in your room ♡ location of the hotel is peaceful ✌️ 😌 It's also great that it's 20 minutes to the beach ⛱️ and 20 minutes to the city centre 😀 🏩🏝🏞🥰 ♡ the hotel was full modern and clean and the staff was kind and helpful 👌🏻 👍🏻

The best hotel in Dublin! And I was in many and I liked this one the most, excellent room and service, I was shocked that the room is serviced every day, water and coffee, clean bed, well done, delicious croissants and coffee, an excellent bar with reasonable prices, my family and I are shocked, of course I will only stay here on my next trips, well done!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We had dinner in the lobby which was very nice.

The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Staff were excellent, food was 5 star, room was spotless.. Felt safe with the Covid restrictions. When we checked in and went to our room, reception phoned us to see if we were happy with the room. I thought that this was a lovely touch 😁

We stayed two nights in the one week as we had appointments in a near by clinic. So we stayed on a Sunday and then the following Friday night. The jump in price from Sunday to Friday was a lot. The clinic had told us that when we stay the second night tell the hotel that we are attending the clinic and they will give a discount, but this wasn't the case because it was a Friday night. They only run it Sunday to Thursday which is disappointing.

I have stayed here before and I just like that it is clean, comfortable, warm, feels safe. The staff were all very down to earth. It is so so close to the aviva for anyone going to a gig there and the dart was just round the corner or it took us about 18 minutes to walk into city centre. Google maps said 25 min walk but it was less than 20 minutes for sure. I have been to the bar here a different time when I wasn't staying at this hotel and again it was good value for money, plenty of room in it and friendly staff. We didn't get to the bar this time but the staff were helpful and gave us some ice for our rooms before we realised there was an ice machine on our floor.

Can't say there's anything I didn't like. I suppose if I had the choice I would have pre booked parking but there were plenty of spaces anyway so needn't have worried

Great location, especially if you are going to a show in the Bord Gais. Lots of parking available. Lovely breakfast and helpful friendly staff.

Room was of a high standard. Bathroom very clean, very impressive. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was really good. The restaurant served an incredible meal of chicken wings in a chilli type sauce. It is the best chicken wings meal I have had in a very long time, and I travel extensively and eat at a lot of top flight restaurants. Truly an enjoyable visit to Dublin for me, and I will repeat these visits again and again on business. I know where to stay and eat now in Dublin!

Nothing, everything was superb, including the reception staff. Really impressed!

Location to Aviva and ability to get into Dublin easily with close to Bus Stops & Dart station. Plenty of space to socialise and relax whether in Bar, Restaurant and Lobby. Really nice waiting staff and couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful rooms and rooms facing the road have double sets of windows to reduce noise. Room decor, beds and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.

Standard room was a bit cramped, but hardly a reason to complain. Checkin is quite late and staff said they would contact when room was ready but didn’t contact me. I had to keep asking and reminding them I was waiting to checkin.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The coffee station in the lobby was a godsend - and delicious! Again, the staff were incredible. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing, delicious food - the BIGGEST halloumi I've ever seen and the soup? Myself and my friends had it on the first day and after eating elsewhere on the second, we returned to the hotel restaurant thereafter. Incredible staff, incredible food.

We had an issue with the coffee machine in the room. The first didn't work and the second leaked everywhere - however, the reception staff were so quick to offer us a replacement.
