It's a very pleasant classic, older house, which once inside is like walking into someone's home. Great keyless access to the building (card-key for room), it's spotlessly clean and generally very comfortable. Great soap, towels, bedding, coffee machine and all that. For me it was a good location within walking distance of a convention I was attending at the Royal Dublin Society.

To be fair, I'm not a regular in Dublin, I thought the pricing was a cut above what I would have expected...and for me would have been great to have a breakfast option on-premise.

We did not partake in any breakfast and actually didn’t realize there was breakfast? The location is great in that the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and there are nearby eateries. It was slightly further from city center than I realized which was a bummer but still not far at about a 20-30 min walk.

Everything was fantastic minus the location as stated above. Beautiful building and rooms that have the character and feel of a history while being modern and comfortable.

We loved staying at Pembroke Hall, the room on the top floor wasn't the biggest but for a couple it was enough. The bed was comfortable and appreciated the fact that we always had fresh water and coffee. Ian (I think it was his name) was always very helpful and friendly, great at what he's doing, really 5 star service! Thank you!

No elevator but the place is full of charm so it's quite understandable. The location was not too far from the center and we had many bus stops but they were rarely on time, sometimes cancelled and sometimes they would pass in front of us and not stop. It was a bit chaotic especially when we had things scheduled but this isn't Pembroke Hall's fault, it just had an impact on our stay.

Check in was smooth and easy, i was able to check in an hour early. The hotel was warm and welcoming upon entering, lovely carpet floors and furniture, the bedroom was very comfortable with large windows you can actually open(window guard in place) I was on the top floor. I would recommend this hotel

The only downside to this place is that they don’t have any kitchen facilities, no microwave so you won’t be able to heat up a meal if you wanted to stay in for dinner.

The first night stay was pretty noisy and the beddings and towels were not very clean. I communicated this with the hotel and they changed a room for me and made sure that the rest of the stay was comfortable. It did took some extra communication time and time to change the room, which made my schedule quite tight given I was travelling for business. It would be great if these things were taken care of in advance, as I specifically requested a quiet room and anti allergic room. That being said, the hotel was willing to improve and the staff was very friendly so it was overall a good stay :)

The building is really nice and the room was perfect for our 4 nights in Dublin. The area is really quiet and the bed made the sleep really good. The staff is also really friendly (like all Irish people), and the location is good. We only walked to the main attractions and it never took us more than 20 minutes (and stopped on the way to get breakfast). Even 5 minutes from the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose where a lot of locals were eating. If you take the shuttle from the airport, nr 700 from Aircoach (10 Euro per person one way) leaves you 10 walking minutes from the hotel, and is a nice walk :).

Location was central and lovely. Lots of great restaurants, bars and amenities on Baggot street- a five minute walk away at a push. Also within walking distance to Temple bar and the Liffey. Hillary made us feel very welcome from the get go, giving us lots of fantastic suggestions for food/drink and attractions. Room was on the smaller side but had a king bed. Everything was clean and had been decorated really nicely. Our room looked out onto a lovely quiet street with terraced buildings. Considering how pricey Dublin can be, we actually got a great price, and this hotel was great value for money!

Pembroke hall is a lovely quirky kind of home from home.We were met at reception by a very helpful man.He showed us where to park and gave us directions to where we needed to go.The room was beautifully styled with everything you could need down to a fridge and wine glasses. It was perfectly clean with the most comfortable bed.The ensuite was also layed out lovely with a very nice powerful shower. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was cozy, classy, impeccably clean, with a really comfortable bed. We appreciated the mini fridge, and though the space was quite small, it had a desk. It might be cramped for two people to stay here long term, but for one person it would be perfect. The location was convenient even though it’s not right in the downtown core. There were plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes walk.

No complaints at all, just keep in mind there isn’t onsite reception or a vending machine for late night issues. This hotel felt like an outstanding Airbnb

Basically everything. Lovely residential area location with loads of pubs and restaurants a stones throw away. 5-10 minute walk to Dart station which serves all the main places. Wonderful room and building, spotlessly clean, great atmosphere, nice vibe and lovely helpful hosts. If we return to Dublin we would definitely return here.

Quite a walk from the centre if that’s where you plan visiting most (a nice walk though!),
