Great location with good access to airport bus, LUAS tram and Connolly station. Supermarkets and retaurants in walking distance. Neatly designed room with super-soft beds. Many good tips from the landlord, and a free upgrade to a room with own bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Good WiFi

I was missing some sort of desk or cupboard (only a small nightdesk) to place some personal items onto. Breakfast was selfservice and felt a little lackluster (only toast, cereals and fruits), but it was filling. The steps from the rooms above were hearable very loudly.

Clean place. The location is perfect because it is close to the city center (20min walk) and also there are enough stops of public transportation. The house is fully equipped whit what you need, and even some extra shampoo and deo in the bathroom. Breakfast is available every morning but very basic: only milk, coffee, tee, bread and fruits. Beds were very comfortable. There is however a fridge, where each room has an identified space to place what you buy in the supermarket. Although bathrooms are shared, it was never an issue. Check in and check out are super easy with the codes provided. Jamie’s attention per mail was also great. The pictures of the site are not identical to the house, but all looks really very well maintained!

Our room (6) had windows to the street and it was super loud (cars drive all night long). Also the doors in the house are very noisy, so you notice every time when somebody enters the rooms or bathroom, which at night is not that pleasant. The streets around are not clean. But not crazy dirty or much dirtier than the rest of the city.

From the start Jamie was very helpful in amending a booking error for me. It was great to be able to leave our luggage in the common area when we arrived before check-in and after check-out. The place is generally well-located, with good access to the city centre through the tram, bus, or walk. The room itself was lovely and quiet during the night, and all the communal facilities were modern and generally well-kept. The breakfast bar was usually well stocked, and the fruit bowl was excellent. Jamie's recommendations were really useful in guiding our activities and we really appreciated his personalised suggestions. Would definitely recommend!

It would have been nice to have milk alternatives for breakfast, but this was nothing that could not be rectified with a trip to the grocery store. One little thing that would have improved our experience was perhaps a shelf of some sort in the bathroom to set down clothes, toiletries, etc. but again, this did not detract from the quality of our stay. We did have some trouble finding convenient transportation covered by the Leap Card to the airport and ended up paying extra for the Dublin Express which stopped nearby, but there were certainly other Leap-Card-covered modes of transportation that would have just involved more walking with suitcases in tow.

The location in Central Dublin is excellent, and the price certainly can't be beat for the area. This is a guest house, not a hotel, so the place is clean and comfortable, but basic, as expected. We never actually saw Jamie during our comings and goings, but check-in and check-out were super simple, and he was quick to respond and helpful over text when we had questions. The common area has a good-size, well-equipped kitchen where you can cook, and space in the American-size fridge is allocated to each room. We would definitely book again.

The breakfast is at the self-serve cereal, milk, toast, tea level. Not being big breakfast eaters we were fine with that but it's something to know. There is space in the fridge and facilities to cook if you want something more substantial.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good. The location was great, easy to walk to the centre and its attractions.

We did find some rotten fruits in the breakfast bowl. It was a shame that the dryer broke on the day we arrived but still very glad we could do laundry. And as much as we knew it was a shared bathroom, it would have been nice to know before booking there was 2 other rooms sharing the same bathroom. It just made for some very long queues in the morning. Not one of those things would deter me from coming back. It was still by far one of the best deals we found in Dublin. The positives far outdid any negatives we experienced.

perfect size room for a mid stay break. I believe there are two apartments but the kitchen area was great and it looked like if you were in Dublin for a budget there was a fridge and kitchen to use.

the blinds don’t completely black out for those who have issues with light and waking up in the morning. a long mirror in the hallway might be useful for the all the rooms to use. we left some shower gel that we bought that could be used for new travellers. maybe something like that accessible as a back up as my partner was to nervous to take one from the downstairs shower.

- very cool support: sent several times in advance all city tips and tricks. - easy to walk to everything , begging directly with museums 5 mins walk from house, and 25 to Trinity college -kitchen with all that you need for cooking, chilling, playing guitar, reading, tiny terrasse, and breakfest disponibles all day (do not need to run before 10a.m.) - clean rooms . - autontique building with nice door and green trees affront

- just impouving point , what could be better : something where I can put my tone of cosmetics in the bathroom =) - old building = not very good isolated (can hear the steps sometimes but not people noise)

It was a great stay at Angie's place, considering it's a guest house with a lot of rooms to manage and shared areas, the place is exceptionally clean, and spacious, the rooms are well furnished, and the place and communal areas are stocked up with complementary food for breakfast and drinks - this came as a nice surprise. Everyone who was staying at the same time in the place was very nice and kind, it does attract a good crowd too which is nice to experience. Big thanks for this stay. :)

The stay was great! Nice rooms. A kitchen/living room exists where people can cook their meals (two stoves/ofens). It included watercooker, fridge, toaster, etc. Breakfast was OK (must be made by ourselves), the host was very nice and has filled up the kitchen on request. The accommodation was beside a nice street.

Everything was good! It was a little bit noisy sometimes, but in general very comfortable. A little bit more variety for breakfast would be nice, but the host was willed to stock the things up.

Location was a little far from restaurants/bars but I liked it. It was a nice rest from the more central parts. Breakfast provided was a nice touch, always well stocked and available. There is one bathroom, which when sharing with six other rooms I can see being an issue at times but was okay with our stay. The bathroom itself thought good mostly. Netflix on the TV was good too.

More than one towel provided per guest would have been preferable (though the mints were nice!).
