Plaza Hotel Tallaght

The hotel is Clean and tidy. The rooms are big and fully equipped by amenities. Going downtown is easy as the public transport is close by. Coming from airport is easy too- just take the airport hopper bus ( remember the bus area is near the church at the airport) The breakfast is incredible superb and the staff of the breakfast section are so polite and humble. The restaurant downstairs too has good food and staff too are polite.

A female receptionist behaves rude and tells me that they do not cater to tourists as this is a business hotel and tourists must go and stay down town when i asked her why do you not have information of touristic places

Friendly staff , Mark in reception greeted us on arrival could not do enough for us , so a big thank you. room was lovely very clean & comfortable Went for a meal in restaurant & bar Again friendly staff . Food was delicious. could not fault it Amazing.

Unfortunately had breakfast in the mill on first floor I did not book breakfast when booking the room Paid 36 euro for two breakfast.As we had been to hotel before it was lovely. Unfortunately was not the case this time There was no hot buffet It was brought from kitchen Sat down for breakfast just after 10 am When breakfast arrived it looked like it had been under banbraie lights since 7am Absolutely disgraceful so dried up . Could not even look at it . Did not see anyone around to complain to only 1 girl on tables rushing around. So for our 36 euro had toast and coffee Won't be requiring breakfast on my next stay

The staff couldn’t do anything more for me. I asked if an early check in was possible even though I hadn’t specified it on my reservation. They were more than happy enough to look into it for me. The room was EXCEPTIONAL. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and the coffee, tea, water facilities were a nice touch. I chose this hotel as I was watching a game in Tallaght stadium however my aunt, uncle and I had lunch there beforehand. The portions were out of this world and incredible value for money! I recommend this hotel 10/10. Very reasonable price also, for a last minute booking.

Room very clean and comfortable.quick check in. Lovely bar and seating areas with excellent bar staff. Food in bar is fabulous. This is a modern, clean, fresh hotel.. with a few little tweaks, it could be outstanding.

Breakfast which i attended at 7.45am was luke warm.Was told the hotel had no butter or marmalade and to use low cal.No table service for tea and coffee so by the time you get everything either your tea or breakfast is cold.Waited 30 min for a scone in cafe by which time my coffee was finished. Cannot open the room windows without a stepladder.

room was great, pillows were excellent, bathroom needed a little TLC but was clean and shower worked OK. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and staff were perfect. Location was ideal to be slightly away from the hustle & bustle but still central. Only niggle was we got woken up by the fire alarm tripping, but that was hopefully a one-off and it wouldn't stop me staying here again.

bathroom needed some tlc. Some loose tiles on the floor, stained bath looked dirty (room 333) & shower wasn't the greatest, but worked OK. Netflix didn't work on the TV either, but that's getting really desparate.

The personnel that work at Plaza Hotel are excellent!!! Soon that I have arrived with my son, the front desk staff greeted us in a very warm way, and immediately made themselves available for our needs. All the personnel are always with a smile on, ready to help you. The housekeepers are amazing and very discrete. The restaurant staff are always with their smile on, always ready to help and clean your table so you can enjoy their warm food. They have unsurpassed breakfasts and their food is perfectly prepared. The hotel is very clean and well located, the rooms are very comfortable. They made our stay very excellent. We had the opportunity to receive their availability on everything we needed. I would like to thank everybody that helped us with our needs.

It's one of the best my stays over in Plaza hotel ever had before. The restaurant and the crew with the restaurant manager who worked during my stay deserve a special mention. Tasty dinners, desserts, and wine - delicious Italian! Absolutely tasty and fresh breakfast every morning is a big plus in there! I recommend it sincerely and with great pleasure! Very clean room, functional bathroom, comfortable bed, TV with multimedia. Parking spaces are almost always available outside and also very convenient underground carpark. Great location in the heart of Tallaght with easy access to Dublin city centre by public transport. Convenient shopping in town!. I travelled from Sligo, so if I decide to visit Dublin again, I'll definitely stay in Plaza Hotel in Tallaght! There is so much positive feeling!

I have absolutely no complaints about anything and anyone except maybe a little drink cooler - should be in every room and the lack of ashtrays outside the hotel 😄😄😄 After all, some guests smoke cigarettes, and I am one of those guests 😉😅😅😅.

I had emailed the hotel informing them that it was my partner's birthday and that was the reason we were staying. I asked if possible to put a birthday plate in the room for him. When we arrived we were given 2 complimentary drinks for the bar and our booking was upgraded to a new refurbished suite 😍. The stay was excellent and much appreciated. Thank you very much to the team at the Plaza. See you again soon.

Nothing. Everything was great

Absolutely love the space in the rooms and the facilities was great. The beds were very comfortable and a good size. Nice warm bedding. Great view on the mountains. Bar nearby. They hostess even assisted us with a spare toothpaste 😜

Only one lift in the hotel and it took FOREVER. As older people, taking the stairs was not an option. The Plaza hosted seperate functions for outside people and it caused a bit of a racket in the lobby and floor one. Drunk people screaming and shouting in the halls and even banged on our doors. There was NO designated smoking area wich caused the front lobby to be a bit messy and everyone just throwing their cigarette butts all over. Not a great selection on the TV. But we still enjoyed our room.

On arrival there was plenty of car park spaces. The staff were very friendly when checking in and out. The room was excellent! 👍😊 A nice big double bed which was clean, comfortable and warm. The room was air conditioned, which I loved because you could set the temperature of the room that suits you. 👍😊 I hate sleeping in a room where you can't adjust the temperature. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The large flat screen TV was also excellent! The room was very quiet also. You couldn't hear any traffic outside, or the people next door talking. I also loved that there were two bottles of water in the room, and proper drinking glasses also.

I found no faults with this hotel at all! 😊
