Very cool hotel and friendly staff.

The cooked breakfast was was pre- plated in small rectangular almost ramekin type plates. Therefore you had no individual choice of hot breakfast. The plates had been sat on the hot plate for a while which meant the food was only warm - not hot. At this price point a buffet hot breakfast should be offered.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance (10 to 20 min max) to the main attractions of Dublin. Very close to St Patrick Cathedral. Helpful staff. Especially the concierge at the ground floor if you need a taxi or an umbrella !. Check in is on 7 floor. Very clean hotel and large confortable beds (King rooms).

On arrival one of the room (King room) wasn't available. It means the are practicing overbooking. Anyway they gave us a Queen room instead for one night offering us breakfast the day after as compensation with no information about any potential price reduction. Surprise, the room was equiped for disabled single guest, something that they didn't mentionned to us ! The bed was really small for two adults. There was also a leak in the window. The next morning we complained about all that and one of the manager told us to leave it with him. On check out they reduced the price of the room for the first night by 50%. That was a minimum...

modern building in a quiet setting and opposite a distillery. very walkable to the dining and shopping district and most importantly walkable for the sights like the St Patrick Cathedral and Guinness Storehouse. The highlight is the reception floor with the bar and waiting area with large windows and magnificent views. The drinks were reasonably priced and free coffee too 👌

Getting there from the airport, the only real option with luggage is cab which is $$ we caught the airport shuttle to Dublin City but still had a 15min walk to the hotel with luggage. A shuttle from the city centre to the hotel would be good.

- clean - nice views from top floor - valet parking was well organised and guy on lower reception desk was very helpful and friendly

- views from room weren’t great - smell of air freshener throughout the entire hotel was very over-powering - parking is expensive. - the guy at checkout was a little abrupt and cold. Never asked did we enjoy our stay etc.

Aloft is in it's own little world, tucked away in the midst of The Liberties. From the get-go, staff are welcoming and always smiling, going out of their way to provide an excellent service. The room was incredibly comfortable, overlooking Mill Street and a student accommodation across the road. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, there's a beautiful ergonomic desk chair, and a very spacious desk for work and eating. The room also offers enough storage space for any reasonable visit, as well as an (albeit pricey) minibar, tea and coffee, and the usual ironing facilities and such (as is expected from the room description). There are two blinds, a blackout one and semi-transparent one for if you want privacy as well as natural light. The television can pull away from the wall and be rotated in either direction. Everything about this room screams comfort and relaxation. Housekeeping is active every morning and will come in and service your room unless you leave a "Do Not Disturb" sign (provided) on the door outside. If they find you are still inside the room, they will politely leave you be and come back to you later. It was a pleasant surprise to return to my room and find it completely refreshed and brand new, with no disturbance whatsoever! There is a breakfast buffet on every morning on the 7th floor, offering an array of usual breakfast foods, plated up nicely and conveniently for the taking. Your room is charged a flat rate, and you can eat as much as your heart desires. Room service is handled much the same, you ring and say what you want, and it's brought for you with a minimal tray charge. Again, staff are absolutely delightful. All in all, comfort and kindness emanates from this location like no other, and it's true that Aloft is an excellent getaway spot.

On arrival, during check-in (probably about 17:30 or 18:00 on a Friday), reception is located right next to a bar meaning loud music was playing. This made hearing the receptionist extremely difficult, which led to difficulty communicating about what I had booked. Of course, everything was sorted out in the end.

Quick and easy, so helpful I forgot my keycard no problem in replacing everything is so simple check in I booked in at booking.com and was charged the day before I stayed be warned which was fine with me that it was taken just a little email to state a date of payment would of been a nice confirmation. Overall experience amazing.

was clean, loved the over all look of the hotel we stayed in Aloft in New Delhi and really enjoyed our stay so thought would book again.

don’t have any major complaints two things mainly, we had a room facing in the the student apartments from the inside courtyard area and they could see into the room i couldn’t do much about it unless I put the blinds down both blinds are blackout so didn’t have any natural light coming in, would be nice for maybe an a sit of lighter blinds that allow for light to come in but give some privacy. Staff were ok but didn’t feel as if they cared, just didn’t have a welcoming feeling when we arrived and departed.

The location was great - just a few minutes from St. Patrick's and very close to the Temple Bar area. The bed was great - large and comfortable. The size of the room was adequate. Good shower, bathroom large enough, good toiletries. Nice seating area on the top floor with great views of the city. Daily water provided, Nespresso coffee.

Rubbish and recycling bins are very small. The cleaning crew is not reliable and does not seem knowledgeable or well trained. One of the days, they did not even come by. The next day they replenished our coffee pods, but with decaf only. One of my pillowcases was put on inside-out... just really small things, not enough to bother anyone, but enough to distinguish a good hotel from a very good one. I would have liked a complimentary pair of slippers, doesn't cost the hotel much, but a nice touch for the guest.

Every inch of the hotel was immaculate. Beautiful rooms & bathroom. Modern & bright. Bed & Pillows the best I've been in. Managed to get an early check in on the day with was great. Ate downstairs and all 4 of us loved it, no complaints. Drink prices not as bad as Dublin City. Breakfast wasn't included, so €15 each. Beautiful continental, meats, cheeses, yougharts, fruit, cereal. Then individual bowls with rashers eggs pudding etc in. Beautiful..

Bar service a little slow but it was busy with people going to Garth Brooks concert... Had car booked for the night, paid €25 for concierge service. Next morning was waiting for car at 12oc when concierge came out & said we had to walk ourselves & get car. Couple of minutes walk which isn't an issue until you are paying for a service...

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, spacious, and easy to access. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The front desk did a wonderful job of explaining the hotel policies. The bar tenders were friendly and fun to talk to, sharing bits of info about Dublin and Ireland along with casual conversation. The rooms were spacious and clean- felt luxurious compared to other hotels in the city. Easy walking distance from anything, but just off the main street enough to avoid traffic and noise. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat!!!
