Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel – Luxury on the Beach

The hotel is location bang on the seafront - we were upgraded to a sea view room with a balcony. The staff were extremely friendly especially Rachel Armoza (Chief concierge). She organised the tours for us to Jerusalem & Bethlehem and also a last minute day tour to Petra in Jordan... The Wifi in the room was very good as well as the breakfast. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the Marina where there are many nice restaurants and also a taxi ride away from Jaffa

As we happened to arrive on Friday evening it was Shabbat, so be prepared for this as it lasts until sunset on Saturday. Also many taxis do not accept credit card/Revolut unless you book a "GETT" taxi by downloading the "GETT" app

ALL the Staff went out of their way to ensure I had EVERYTHING that I needed. I wasn't there for a Vacation, I was there to reccoperate from a Major Surgery. The Staff ensured I had everything that I needed, and made every Tel Aviv facility that I needed (prescriptions filled, ect) just a phone call away. P.S. The food was Outstanding, ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way!!

While I needed Handicapped Excessable (WHICH IT WAS) the Bathroom was a tight squeeze and the pools Ladder made (due to my disability) it unavailable.

I liked the location of the hotel, that it is close to the beach. The hotel has a rooftop pool (not heated), a hot tub that is heated and was usable even during our stay in January. Really liked the breakfast place with beautiful views and delicious food. Small gifts from the hotel, which were delivered directly to the room with wishes, were pleasant.

I would like the hotel to be more updated, more modern. It is a bit old fashioned in interior style. At times it felt strange, like a damp smell in the room, which was not very pleasant, bearing in mind that the hotel is 5 stars. The SPA area with saunas requires renovation.

The rooms were gorgeous and spacious with lovely views. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and the area smelled lovely when you walked in. Everything was beautifully presented, the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond their job role. The lifeguards made sure we were well hydrated by the pool. The bar staff were super friendly and lovely. The cleaners did a fantastic job too. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. You definitely get more than your money's worth staying at this hotel. I can't fault anything or anyone at all here!

The very good location, sea front, good seimming pool on the top of the roof, the fantastic view from the roof, great stuff and wonderful choice of food for breakfast in the restaurant at the sea

The places in the room where you are not supposed to look at ( under the bed, beneath the minibar ) were not cleaned, some other mechanical issues apperead , but the stuff tried to solve the problems as much as they could

Very comfortable rooms, amazingly attentive staff, everything was handled professionally. The pool and the view from the pool are wonderful. Breakfast was really good with so many rich options and this was on a Saturday with all the kosher limitations.. I would come back if only for the wonderful service here.

nothing (well except for not being able to drink decent coffee but that's in every kosher hotel on Saturday morning..)

I am a returning customer. Loved it during my stay a month before and will be returning again. You cannot be closer to the beach than Carlton, breakfast is exceptional and staff goes over and above its call of duty to ensure you have a great time. When my husband was taken ill , the hotel arranged a very knowledgeable doctor's visit and plied him with chicken soup and water on their own initiative free of charge! It was exactly what the doctor ordered.

The pool area is glassed off, so no sea breeze reaches it and it can get too hot.

Breakfast amazing. Staff really good View as described Housekeeping really good Room a good size Pool life guard caring and offered water when hot. We would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately we water coming out of the shower light. Had to change room which was annoying. Managment was helpful in getting us moved very quickly. Both rooms smelled of damp water. We were only there 5 nights and had wedding parties on three of them so not worth complaining as trip was so short.

The rooms are big enough The mattress and pillows are super cozy The bathroom is nice and big enough The temperature of the swimming pool was excellent The bar food at the swimming pool was of quality The breakfast is very diverse with excellent staff. Egg-corner and fresh juice corner are my favorite

It’s an expensive hotel. Especially when you are a solo traveller

A beautiful hotel on the beach, close to so many things. The breakfast is outstanding so much to choose from, even have a omelet station makes whatever you like!!!! The room was fantastic super clean, and the bed was heavenly!!! I had a large balcony looking straight out to the sea, best sunsets ever!!! You can't go wrong staying at this hotel!!!
