Shalom Hotel & Relax - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

This is a truly extraordinary place. Everything from the location, look of the hotel and room, the super helpful staff and the BREAKFAST. Just love the place. And it is almost on the beach. The hotel is also really close to some fantastic gourmet restaurants. Leaving this place was hard. Love the roof terrace. Sitting up there with a glass of wine watching the sun set over the sea is amazing.

There is really nothing to say here. Hmm, I did not like that my stay was too short. I should have stayed longer. Will be next time.

Perfect boutique hotel in the best location across from the sea. Nice breakfast, wonderful happy hour and very clean.

The mattress was far too soft for my liking and unfortunately my sea view room had an odd odour. I was able to change my room, however I should have moved sooner.

Second stay at this hotel and it seemed that there were a lot of returning guests when we were there. The staff can't do enough, offering wine on arrival (very much appreciated after a long flight!) and filling our water bottles at breakfast with cold ice water. The breakfast has a massive variety of options, the absence is calm and feels like a spa, it's 5 mins walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants of Dizengoff and the room had a coffee machine, nuts and chocolate cake waiting for us. We'd definitely return again.

First of all, the hotel was very clean--my room, my bathroom, and the public spaces in general. Staff was kind, helpful, and non-prying (--appreciated by my introvert soul.) I ordered the breakfast for a few mornings. It was insanely good. Location--the Hilton Beach is right across the street. I preferred larger beaches, like Bugrashov, which was just two stops away on the bus. Beautiful, and very easy to get to. Gordon Beach was just one stop away, and walkable, as well.

The property is centrally located iand has a perfect vibe for relaxing. Mostly couples, Solo, and business travelers - not much chaos to be had (which we greatly appreciated after arriving from JFK). Our room was quiet - no noises from other rooms☺️We were greeted with a cappuccino and quickly got to our room. The staff was very friendly and the layout of the lobby and room was well planned. The Israeli breakfasts were out of this world! Fresh ingredients, prepared to order, alongside a buffet of fruit, sheep’s milk yogurt, bourekas, salads and all the tahini you could ask for. This was our first time in Israel and we hope to come back. If we have a choice in where to stay, we will try to stay here again!

Everything was excellent! Lovely calm atmosphere with very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. Room had adequate shelving but was a little small. Lots of water available and much appreciated. Loved happy hour snacks too!

Room was a little small. Maybe there were larger rooms to choose from but we chose this size as it was more economical. Even though it was small it still had everything you needed including fridge with free water and drinks. Bathroom was modern, clean and room for everything although small.

Great location, nice breakfast, excellent bed, clean room.

You could hear everything from the outside, from people yelling, to the people next door, to sirens, to rain falling and thunderstorms. We could barley sleep because how loud and noisy it was. This hotel is not suitable for light sleepers or people who are looking for a quiet place to relax. The electricity sockets next to our bed didn’t work and we found ourselves with empty phone batteries in the morning. The air conditioning didn’t work either. some of the door was missing pieces.

Shalom Relax has a great location across from a park and near the beach and beach walk. It also has a wonderful roof patio and a nice front porch to sit and relax on. Their breakfast is astonishingly good as are their snacks at the nightly (except on Shabbat) cocktail hour with complimentary wine and other beverages. You could dine on their snacks and skip dinner

The location is marred by a busy (and noisy) street just in front of the hotel and our room was small. However maximum use is made of the space there is. Black out curtains block out the lights from the street if not the noise.

Well what can I say.......this hotel is truly a treasure to find! We were made to feel so welcome on arrival, including offering us wine, beer, tea, coffee and snacks. It felt like we were being welcomed to somebody's home:-) The decor is a delight and the 'happy hour' every day from 17.00 - 19.00 is so nice after a hot day walking around Tel Aviv and exploring. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were so accommodating. The location is superb and we will definitely stay again.

I knew we would be on a busy street, but didn't expect to hear the traffic quite so loudly. Not sure how the hotel would fix it as it would need to upgrade the windows maybe. However this would not stop us from staying at this wonderful hotel in the future.

The hotel is a perfect little boutique hotel located right across from the Hilton and the beach. Super friendly and clean, everyone could not have been nicer, breakfast was perfect with some fresh food and fruit. Lots of English TV choices. An overall enjoyable stay.

The room that I was in 412 had weak wifi that went in and out, but more bothersome was the room has no air-conditioning during winter months when they switch to heat and was pretty warm especially in the morning when the sun beats on the room.
