Hotel Tannhof

The staff were very friendly, access was easy but close to the motorway to continue our journey the next day. The hotel was big but cosy and it was an unexpected bonus to have a swimming pool and a trampoline for the kids ! The breakfast was very good and we also ate at the restaurant in the evening, which was copious and good value for money. I would highly recommend either as a stop over or as a location for a relaxing retreat for a few days.

The kids were over the moon to have the trampoline and pool, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

I would have liked to stay longer but we just stopped on our way further east. We decided to stop at the hotel again on our way back several weeks later ! We will not forget this address.

Great accommodation close to Bolzano. Clean, comfortable room with balcony. View of apple orchards and mountains. Great hotel pool. Very helpful staff speaking Slovak among other languages. Possibility to use the hotel restaurant. Rich, tasty breakfast. Parking at the hotel. We regret that we stayed here only one night and could not stay longer, we would love to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

We missed at least a small fridge in the room, otherwise everything was great.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with a balcony and great views. Breakfast with good choice of food was served in the restaurant or outside with views over the mountains. Parking was free and on-site.

No air-conditioning in the room. On check-in, the lady was rather brusque. A fridge and kettle in the room would be good.

Wow! What a great start to our vacation. The wonderful hotel staff shared so many smiles that made us feel at home. Hotel Tannhof’s scenery is amazingly beautiful. Majority of restaurant seating share fantastic valley and Mountain View’s. We really enjoyed a nice meal. Our room was perfectly clean with a walk out balcony and fantastic views. Radiated room heating was great. The staff take great pride in their customer service and care for their property.

It was a gorgeous view form our balcony. The rooms were very clean and the apartment was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and the food was great. The pool was refreshing and beautiful. I will definitely be coming back again next time I’m in town.

Great view from the balcony and great family rooms. The restaurant had decent food and one of the women who worked there was friendly and kind, although she spoke no English. The pool looked nice, although it rained the whole time we were there so we didn't get a chance to use it. There was plenty of playground equipment.

The manager spoke English but was rather gruff. You wouldn't want to stay in this place without a car - it is not within walking distance of anything.

Everything was super, the room and the view. We had rooms nr. 24-25 the best view. The Ukrainian guy from restaurant, best recommendation to him, such a nice guy, friendly and etc. Was a pleasure to talk with him.

Amazing location with great views. Great staff. Good restaurant. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Overall a great experience. Definitely coming back for future stays in the area.

Great hotel with nice facilities for children (trampoline, pool, small kicker table). Comfortable, clean room with nice views from the restaurant.

Everything was great! Bring bug repellent for mosquitoes - but that is just standard for the area in summer.
