Four Points Sheraton Bolzano Bozen

The hotel accommodations are very nice, and what I would imagine from a Sheraton Business Hotel. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. We stayed at this property four years ago and had the same impression. Breakfast is excellent.

The wait staff in the B-Bar. The food is OK, but no more than that. At least during our stay, the staff are not as friendly, professional and accommodating as the hotel staff… leaving something to be desired. As mentioned, we stayed at this property four years ago and ate dinner in the Chill & Grill Restaurant Patio. The food was good, but, we had a less than pleasant experience for the service.

The hotel is a bit outside town, but with direct bus reaching to city center, which would be easier to skip the hassle of looking for parking.

We were there during holiday and no conference, there are only a few restaurant options around, unless one would go to city center.

the property is new and has great room and restaurant. value for money is good and for a sleep over during long travels to and from Germany/Austria into Italy is just perfect. restaurant serves great steaks and the staff is as friendly as it can get. our best regards to the great support from Immaculata at the front desk (thank you!) and Chiara at the restaurant. if I had to hire both would be be in my team. 👏👏👏

location is not optimal if you want to stroll in downtown Bolzano which is a quick drive away from the hotel.

Great easy location and access, has everything you need, room was large and comfortable, good breakfast, onsite bar and restaurant great too!

The combo bathtub / shower made for a bad and cramped shower experience. Would have preferred having only a large shower in the rooms and no tub!

Great place to make a stopover when traveling from northern Europe to mid/south Italy. The hotel surprised us positively by replacing our standard room for a huge suite. Rooms were of the top quality and breakfast very well. The only small minus is the size of the garage which was full when we arrived, nevertheless it was not a problem to park the car outside of regular parking space, of course not disturbing anybody else. Everyone (as almost everywhere in Alte Adige) speaks German so it is easy to communicate.

the possibility of using the wellness after a demanding day was great the room was spacious and comfortable

The neighborhood was not very fancy, located in the suburb close to an industrial area the breakfast was relatively poor, with, cold scrambled eggs, and no vegetables

Breakfast: extensive choices and friendly personnel. Bathroom: immaculate, virgin clean. Personnel: all very friendly, cooperative, agile, flexible and fast. Room desk: solid and nice to work on. Hotel: excellent.

Nothing to be improved.

The beds were very comfy and the decor of the room very modern. I really enjoyed the huge bathroom. Breakfast was generous and delicious, quality of the coffee really good.

Nothing really... Just didn't like the carpet smell on the 5th floor, it was too intense but I understand that area had been recently renovated.

Excellent stay overall! Great staff, excellent breakfast! Pool was awesome to have. Great restaurant and bar. Easy access. Definitely recommend staying!

Nothing, very enjoyable stay!

The staff and servants in the restaurant are amazing! We've chatted during dinner and we shared our opinions on some interesting topics, which is quite nice after a skiing day in Seceda. Moreover, the atmosphere at the pub is great with good singers and talented bartenders.

The location is far from the city center.
