Great location right in the old part of Castelsardo, free parking near by, indeed is required going up some stairs and walk on cobblestone narrow streets but that is how Castelsardo is. Room was clean, had all necessary amaneties, the hosts are very friendly and hospitable, provided useful information and recommendations. We also appreciated the Italian breakfast, hopefully next time the weather will be good so that we can have it on their roof top terrace. Would chose the same place next time we are around and definitely recommend the place!

Perfect location right in the old town centre. The room was pretty, clean and cheap. The breakfast was very good, served at the different B&B only a few metres away. The breakfast is served on the terrace with beautiful sea view. There is selection of cakes, toasts, jams, honey, yoghurt with cereals and hot & cold drinks.

The room description said that the room has fridge, wine glasses and a TV but none of it was there. That was a bit dissapointing. The room was cheap and we stayed only 2 nights so we didn't mind as much but the description should be corrected or maybe we got downgraded room...? Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely B&B in the historic centre near the castle. There is no parking on site but plenty of free parking spaces close by. We stayed in one of the two first floor rooms that share a spacious terrace. The room was very comfortable and spotless clean. It also comes with a very useful small fridge. The typical Italian breakfast (juice, yoghurt, toast, cake) is served in a nearby building on a terrace with breathtaking sea views.

We had a very comfortable stay in Colti di Rosa. The room was big enough and the bathroom also. The location is in the middle of the old town and a balcony was right in front of the room. Breakfast was in a differnt building on the roof with a beautiful view. We had coffee, toast, juice and cake. Also the manager was very friendly and had a lot of recommendations... We can really recommend that b&b

In heart of the old town, owner and host very friendly . Lovely cotton sheets and nice big towels . Pleasant decor . Breakfast on roof terrace a delight .

Electrical noise switched itself on and off all night and made sleeping difficult . Seagulls very noisy all night but it is by the sea so to be expected . A bit difficult to find but Roberto came to meet us .

Super friendly family run B&B, we were a bit early and they let us check in anyway. Our room/bathroom was very fresh and nice. Good AC and small fridge in the room. Great location in the old town. Previous reviews led us here almost purely because of the breakfast and it was worth it:).

I would perhaps have liked access to a kettle.

Lovely location in the old town, super helpful host, clean and modern rooms.

Delicious breakfast included in a nearby location, requires a short walk but the incredible terrace view is worth it! Minor negative is that plumbing is a little noisy - probably hard to avoid in these lovely old buildings.

Super location, just in heart of old town. Very old building, carefully renovated. Breakfast good, but worth to mention excellent view.

Good location compromise challenges od getting there due to not possible drive. If you aren't in a good shape, consider not in heart of old town.

location near the cathedral. parking is a bit far from the hotel. the uphill streets and a lot of stairs makes it difficult to get to the hotel.

Very nice place, in the middle of the historical center. Beautiful sunset view at 50 meters, just near the cathedral. The family host was very nice with us, they propose a breakfast on a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. We enjoyed our journey a lot more thank to them!
