Good breakfast, oven-fresh croissant every day. All the staff members are very kind and helpful. Cheap stores around. Excellent pizzeria is 60m away.

Basically you can't cook there - kitchen is for the staff for cooking breakfast.

Very friendly staff members, we met three of them, one at the reception, Francesca, and two prepared breakfast for us. She marked on the map good restaurants in town, which was helpful. The place was clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared and there are lots of things to choose from. Very good value. Parking was easy just in front of the block. 10-15 walking to the town centre.

I was charged twice when we left, once by booking.com and one at the hotel. I only realised this when a friend we were travelling with raised a similar query with them. Francesca told me over the phone that it was a mistake and she would refund the money. I had to chase her twice afterwards as there was no follow up. She was cold answering my messages and accused me of being 'shameful' to have written an unfavourable review of the place, which I had not done. After my second message, I got a message immediate from booking.com that a refund is on the way. Some improvement is needed here clearly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was great. The room was large enough for two and well maintained. It was spotless clean. Francesca was an amazing host and I think in general she is a very kind person. She genuinely cares for her guests. You can see it in her eyes. Grazie mille, Francesca! Grazie mille, Lucia!

Nothing big but... the shower door isn't closing properly. You might wanna get that fixed. Otherwise, no problems! Not a single issue!

Apartment location was quite central, made access to main street and transportation convenient. Room was nice and clean. Staff allowed us to leave our bags while exploring city, before official check-in times. Also after checking out we were allowed to leave bags there, and pick then up when leaving. Staff was very friendly, upon our check-in, gave us a a city map and explained and marked best locations to visit and places where to eat. Very happy overall that we could stay here.

Great stay! Private bedroom and bathroom are as shown in picture, great and comfy mattress, air conditioning, clean towels. The shower pressure was AMAZING! After a whole day of exploring, that’s all I needed. Breakfast was also great, with lots of varieties, bread, spreads, cheese, ham, croissant, jams, coffee and juice! Lastly, Lucia, the person responsible for the B&B was so nice and helpful! She helped us book the tour to visit Mount Etna and booked us a rental car. she also gave us the best tips of what to do in Catania and Syracuse! 10/10

Nothing, everything was better than expected.

The owner of the place went above and beyond to make our stay as much as comfortable. I liked that she contacted me a day before check in on what’s up to ask what time we will come and she accepted an earlier check in as we were after a long and difficult trip. The owner is very friendly. Speaks good English. Our room was very clean, a lots of natural light. Everything was in place and as showed on the pictures. Thank you Lucia.

The accomodation was perfect, great location, near to the center, spacious room, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, you can choose your own menu. They always asked, if you want something more. We would definitely visit it again! I would highly recommend!

Lovely, cozy, clean hotel. Very happy to stay there. Lusia, the owner, made our stay very comfortable, she helped us a lot ! She booked tour to Etna for us, help me with the sick child. Ordered a taxi during Feragosta, when all company were closed. Breakfast had a variety every day and delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.Thank you.

Lucia and Francesca are very nice people and they were incredibly kind to help us. We booked a tour to experience Etna through them and were very satisfied with the tour they reccomended us. Beds are super comfy and clean. We had a private external bathroom. And there was a lovely small balcony to take the sun in our room. We just loved the place. It is a quite neighborhood and well served with bus stops and convenience stores. There are also a street full of restaurants and coffee shops around the corner

Everything was great: beautiful, clean rooms and very tasty breakfast at a very quiet neighbourhood ten minutes from the center on foot. Plenty of excellent trattorias at five minutes on foot. The best of all was the warmth of the hosts: Lucia and girls, thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.
