Room was comfortable. She cleaned the room every morning. Airco saved us. Even though we didn't use It, there is a metro station in the residence street.

Breakfast has just sweet stuff. No cheese, eggs, ham. We had to buy these stuff to not get a sugar rush :D There's one external bathroom where people slamed the door every morning which was really boring for those who wanted to sleep. I think the owner should advice that.

I chose Perla Sicula because it was near metro and bus stations in Catania. We had a late check-in so the host gave us instructions regarding how to enter the building and the apartment which was very convenient for us. We stayed in a room with big private bathroom where the facilities were new and well maintained. The thing we liked the most was the cleanliness, not just of our room, but the whole apartment as well, which definitely exceeded our expectations! Every morning the towels were changed and the floor was cleaned. The AC in our room was really welcoming because the weather in Catania was quite hot and humid as well. The breakfast was a buffet-style with tons of options to choose from, found in a common room, where the AC was always on in the morning and there was a lot of natural light. We always had a complimentary croissant besides the buffet. Each of the rooms got its own dedicated table. The host knew English well and helped us a lot for finding the right beaches and the right bus line to get there. On our last day she even let us leave the suitcase in the apartment and pick them up before going to the airport. Can't thank her enough! The value for the money is just right and this is really the Sicilian pearl. Grazie mille di tutto!

The apartment is located around 10min walk from the Central station from where the train the airport is easily accessible by train. It's a good starting point to discover the east part of Sicily. Every day there was a buffet breakfast served. The choice is not as wide as in a hotel but I think it's still absolutely fine to start your day. The crossiant filled with pistacchio cream was awesome! I liked the size of the room as well. My room had an external private bathroom which was quite strange at the beginning but you can get used to it in no time. Overall I'm happy I chose this place to stay and I'd definetly return one day. :)

Nothing to complaint about.

I really liked the fact that It was very clean and quiet place. Coffee is tasty. The way to city center is very easy. Apartment is close to the sea.

Unfortunately staff don’t speak any English. Breakfast is poor, nothing fresh just sweet pastries and yougurts.

We booked for late arrival into Catania. The process to collect keys and access the building was very secure and easy to follow. Tania, was very accommodating, providing additional information for Airport information and Taxis. The rooms were a great size, very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included as a buffet selection which was well suited to our needs.

It’s close to Catania Centrale (the train station) and the metro station. The room was cozy, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Self check in system.

The room is heated only by the AC unit, and it might be a little chilly in the winter time. Noisy neighbors.

- The owners and staff were very nice and professional - Location was so good, about 10 mins walk from the central station and bus station and 30 mins from the centro storico. - Everything was clean. - Breakfast had the things that you may need to start your day.

Very good breakfast and place was very clean. Good localization near city center. Our host was very helpful and give as lot of information. Air conditioner was work very well and bathroom is big and tidy. We really enjoy our stay

Good value for money! Very clean room, nice & renovated bathroom and a pleasant balcony. Good breakfast offered at the premises, and coffee & tea available throughout the day.

The Wi-Fi was unfortunately not reaching our room (almost at all), but still available in the dining area.

Walking distance to city center. Cosy place ,clean and good value for money 💰. breakfast 🥞 was delicious

The neighbors can hear you if you speak a bit loud 🔊🔊 so after 22:00 keep it low
