I don't want to describe in detail the room or furniture. I want to write about the feelings..because it's the most important thing in travelings.. To enjoy with it you should choose the right place and trust your feelings. This place is definitely RIGHT for conscious travel, for romantics and aesthetes. To connect history with modern design and functionality is a big challenge, but it's been done at 100 % perfect here. We felt very cozy and comfortable, focused on each other, on our feelings and surroundings that embrace us..

perhaps only parking may cause you some difficulties, but for experienced drivers there are no problems

Very friendly host, superb breakfast. Beautiful location. Andrea helped with walking from the b&b to wineries and restaurants, so we didn't need a designated driver!

In low season monday-wednesday the restaurants and bar in the town itself are closed. The next town is 30 mins walking or 5 mins driving, which is fine.

The place is located in an atmospheric village. Nearby there is a bar and a restaurant where breakfast is served daily. 20 minutes to Lake Garda with lots of vineyards along the way. The room is in an old, renovated house with a great atmosphere. Public and free parking is available very close. View from the village to the southern part of Lake Garda. The lovely owner answered all our questions

Great room in beautiful village/hamlet. Friendly welcome. The drink at the bar on the square had the best view, the dinner in one of the few restaurants was excellent. All in all a perfect stay! I never comment on bathrooms, but the vertical shower was amazing - never seen one before.

Porta Della Torre is located in a nice and quiet village in the hills. From the square and some restaurants there are fantastic views to Verona and Lago di Garda. The B&B is in an old charming house. The host Andrea is super kind and helpful. We can recommend renting his e-bikes for going to Lago di Garda. We were offered the choice to have breakfast at one of the bistros with a fantastic terrace and splendid and plenty breakfast.

It was situated in the middle of the village close to the small bar and piazza.

We never met the owner. An other person met us up an explained where to eat breakfast which was at a restaurant 5-7 min walk from the house

We really enjoyed our stay as our host Andrea walked us through the property and explained everything that was needed. The place is at the top of the Sant' Ambrogio di Valpolicella, in the heart of thre place.

Andrea is so nice, I wish we had more time and could have stayed longer to get to know him, but we were headed for Puglia, so we stayed only for one night. super clean, perfect vibe and really lovely. if I ever come back to Lago Di Garda, I‘ll book at Porta della Torre B&B again.

Breakfast at another location. Might be a hindering if you have to walk.description is not 100% clear. It is ok as long as you know.

Everything from the room standard to Andrea the hosts friendly welcome and support during the stay was great.
