Hotel Palazzo Renieri - 3stelle S

I thought hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable, Mary the lady that served us our food everyday was an breath of fresh air to meet in the morning, couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful, always full of chat, will definitely visit again.

Our only problem was you couldn't park near hotel, it was off down hill, so was very awkward when you'd to carry luggage up but that couldn't be helped based on where hotel is situated

A beautiful hotel located in the countryside. A great breakfast spread each morning that is hosted by an extremely friendly lady! The room was large and the bathroom was nice and modern. Restaurants right next door are lovely as well.

It is located at the top of a very big hill, this wouldn’t deter us from coming in the future we would probably just rent a car next time to save the walk up and down with our luggage.

The staff was incredibly helpful and really made us feel welcome. Our lodging arrangements fell through, and this place was just the hidden jem we needed to save or trip. The dinner reservation the first night was fantastic, and things just got better from there. My whole party of 14 guests loved our time there.

The staff was superb! :) They even offered to guard our baggage after we checked out, just so we could go sight-seeing in rome :)

The adresses of two different houses is a bit of a coin toss and an annoying side-quest to locate the correct adress. If you are arriving late at night with tons of luggage and a sleeping child. Otherwise - everything was great :)

Nice, decent hotel in the center. Very good service at the breakfast.

The breakfast should consist of more savory options than sweet ones. There is no private parking, and someone has to leave the car at a public parking, a little far from the hotel.

Great place to stay. Right on the VF track. The room was beautiful. Very comfortable. I headed off before breakfast so they made me up a lovely food package to take with me.

The owner is extremely friendly. He went to great lengths to make us even stay ay the hotel. I had forgotten to look at the check-in hours and he drove 12km to let us in.

To start: woman at the breakfast was very nice and helpful!! :-) Also nice people at the reception. Room was very nice. Big room with nice view and authentic windows. Hotel location was special. Located at a blind alley just outside the ztl zone. You can park your car in the front to take the luggage out of your car and then turn to park the car at a guarded parking place. The person at the reception will explain it. In weekends the big parking place was full. But there was another one nearby. Also some nice restaurants nearby.

The option ‘rain shower’ was not installed so well so water flowed from the shower, even with the doors closed. But it was the only small thing.

Nice location on Via Francigena . Very helpful staff giving us information . Superb breakfast probably the best we had.

Very nice hotel, there was also a really nice bar just over the road.

Not really the hotels fault but it is a long uphill walk to the nearest car park.
