Overall outstanding. Warm, inviting, relaxing, lots of variety with two pools, a spa, several saunas, lots of areas to sit and relax and read your book. I spent several days living in my robe, moving from pool to pool to unwind from all the hiking. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. To sit in a pool, surrounded by mountains and pine trees is marvellous.

The hotel should be adults only, it’s not nice to pay hundreds of dollars a night at a hotel where you are trying to relax and unwind only to be surrounded by screaming children at the pool and dinner and breakfast. I had asked the hotel 5 days earlier to organize an early check in and they said that was no problem and all arranged, but when I arrived they told me that that was not possible. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested and mumbled every answer. The dinners were average for the price (€65 for full menu), but the staff in the restaurant were all outstanding.

It was an amazing experience. We stayed for 8 nights and it was just perfect Food: breakfast and dinner - a lot of food variety, great coffee and just delicious food! Service: great staff, special thanks to Sasha, Horazio and Irina!!! Room: great room, very good mattress and sheets, super clean! Cleaning: the room was neat every day, the cleaning lady has done an amazing job! Amenities: pool - inside and outside with wam water... SPA - perfect massage . Having the possibility to rent e-bikes (which we did)... awesome!! Location: perfectly placed, at the end of Passo Gardena, near to colfosco

Spa is amazing, our room had a beautiful view and was very cozy and clean. The towels were changed every day. There's a free parking in front of the hotel. If you like to stay in a quiet location, a bit further from other hotels, like we do, this is a perfect hotel for you!

Room service costs 20 eurs, and we found this out only at the end when we were paying the bill. Maybe this information is written somewhere, but we haven't seen it on the room service menu when we were ordering food. So if you order one beer to be delivered to your room, it will cost you 26 eur.

Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! This hotel is an absolute gem and we will be forever comparing future hotels to this one. The half board food is just delicious! We are vegetarian and they were kind enough to adapt the menu for us! The staff also really make this hotel - they were so kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They helped to arrange e-bikes which were delivered to the hotel at 8am the following day and recommended a great route which we thoroughly enjoyed. The spa and pool is also stunning. A must when you visit this hotel. The rooms were really clean and beds comfy.

The rooms are a little bit dated when the rest of the hotel has been extended/ renovated. They charge 6 euros for water at dinner which is a bit expensive.

Loved loved the boot camp sauna every day and the relaxing area after, loved the variety of saunas and really miss them now! The food was amazing, loved the machine to make your own smoothie from vegetables every morning and great variety for breakfast - almost perfect! so easy to use the ski lockers, loved the shuttle, and the spa was fun and huge variety of experiences too! Loved the variety of food in the restaurant at night and that you could make it a leisurely dinner. Loved our waiter, JuanCarlos, he was so kind, helpful, courteous and thought of what we needed ahead of time! an absolute legend! Christian on reception was also a credit to you, always ready to solve problems. And how can I thank the son of the owner, never realised he was until the end, lucky that!, he was fun and always ready to sort any issue - heating, loss of skis, and tried to make the good perfect - sauna, wine, transport.... etc! Lovely clean room, staff always happy and friendly to you! My room had some issues but I found almost everyone very helpful.

the older receptionist was a right grump and very dismissive of any concerns I had about the heating in my room or anything you needed, if she was the face of the hotel and her alone I would have a very different opinion of the hotel. sorry, but she wasn't at all interested or had my interests at heart and I am paying a lot of money for the hotel. She was officious about everything and not just to me. On the other hand, the owners son, and Christian and another young girl were lovely and saved the day. My room had some radiator heating issues which I felt was regarded as my problem, not the hotels, because they couldn't fix it. 4-5 days of 7 no radiators, so sometimes the room was cold.

The outdoor pool was spectacular, with unbeatable views -- that alone makes the stay worth it. The rest of the facilities are beautiful and offer many spots for relaxing. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at a welcome discount and loved that there were several sauna options.

There are some details that we did not expect from a hotel of this level and for the cost. First, there were too many children, which detracted from the comfort and relaxation, especially of the pool and the jacuzzi areas. We knew it was family friendly but it seemed like every guest had young children. We were also surprised that there was no food and drinks service at the panoramic area. We had to go order food in the dining hall and carry everything up ourselves. Plus, the hotel seemed shortstaffed duiring the daytime, it was hard to find someone around for any queries. Finally the food was okay (we got half-board), but for the price it might have been better to eat at one of the many great restaurants in the area.

FABULOUS. BEAUTIFUL. CLEAN. MEMORABLE. GREAT LOCATION. COMFORTABLE LUXURY. Close to so many other places to see. Buffet was excellent. We were excited to see what would be on the next one. The breakfast was probably the best of our 8 weeks around Italy. The EXPERIENCE of being IN the Dolomites and waking up to see them up close and personal, or the colors of the sun setting on them was indescribable.

Absolutely NOTHING (except that we couldn’t stay longer). We travel to Europe for 2 months every year, this place was definitely one of the very best.

The spa and meditation room are incredible. Breakfast and staff are kind and attentive. Remember small details every morning. Amenities like bus to slopes and lockers are amazing. Cannot imagine a better Sauna experience.

Make sure you check which room you book. The old building has not been renovated besides the bathrooms in the rooms and the beds quite uncomfortable. In pictures you might think you’re getting the new modern wing.

Great room, beautiful wellness, marvelous rooftop infinity pool, excellent staff, cosy bar, etc, etc !

Kolfuscherhof is a excellent place to stay, to be honest a little bit overrated in price. Evening dinner should be much better. They must improve their starters and main courses. When you have a place like this at such high level, your guests deserve an excellent dinner as well. And please, make it possible to switch of the heating in your room. It's far to warm.

EVERYTHING was fabulous! Professional and friendly staff, incredible facilities, the view/location is spectacular. The half board was definitely the way to go. Food was delicious with A LOT of choices. Just top notch all the way.

That we didn’t stay longer. There was absolutely nothing to say we didn’t like. If you can afford it, you MUST experience this place, and again, not just for the facility itself, but for the WOW factor of the mountains and the location of the property in relation to the mountains.
