Hotel Ponte di Rialto

The hotel was very cute and in the architectural style that can be found in the centre of Crema (a short walk away). It was easy to find and access by car, had great parking facilities inside the property at no additional cost and is located in a great place for exploring the town. In less than five minutes by foot, you can access the historical centre walking through a lovely park and then entering through the arch that leaves you at Piazza Garibaldi - a great spot for starting a day in Crema-. The beds are comfy and the rooms have good climate control. One of the best things about the hotel is it's staff, this family run hotel will go out of it's way to welcome you and make sure your stay is memorable. They love Crema and are very knowledgeable about the town and its surroundings. I fully recommend it.

This is a very good hotel, located close to the railway station and a convenient walk to the city centre. The room and the bathroom were both quite large. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good, but the cooked food was not very warm, and the nearly empty juice jugs were not refilled. The room was cold during my stay, although there were plenty of blankets.

Very nice staff. My room was ready before actual check in time. Breakfast was good and lots of options. The room was clean and close to the station and city center. I liked the mini fridge. You can rent a bike from a place few meters over the bridge. (15€ a day) They do keep your passport/ID, so make sure you have a copy to give them incase you don’t want to leave your actual passport there.

Shower was small and it took me a few tries for it to work, waterpressure was not much. Bed kinda uncomfortable. Barely any light in the room, also bathroom was very dark. The heating didn’t work (wanted to use it to dry my clothes faster).

Nice stay for a weekend. The breakfast was tasteful. The hotel is just 2min away from the centre so you can leave the car inside the hotel's parking. The room was comfortable and spacious. I was very happy with the personnel for attending my requests. There are 2 charging ports (type 2 / 22kW) available for charging.

There was some issues with hot/cold water while having the shower, at the time I openned the tap. But after 2-3 min it was ok. Looks like some kind of tube connection and access to warm/ freeze the water up.

This is the fourth time we have visited this hotel, and everything has always been wonderful. Receives customers very warmly. Always tries to help in any case. It's always nice to come here. Breakfast is amazing. Special thanks to Rosanna.

The reception personnel were really nice and helpful.

The Room smelled a little but it went away with air conditioning. Also, when arriving to the breakfast at last hour of it, some things were out (for example eggs) and were not provided. I think breakfast should have all the items available throughout the breakfast.

spiders in the room. ok for me but my daughter had to do a nightly spider check. but then we are in a very rural area so it’s can’t be helped

The staff was very friendly and always instantly responsive to e-Mails and any requests. Also the room was spacious and clean! The location of the hotel was great too! Finally the free bottled water and the free car parking!

Actually everything was great except the COVID-related mode of serving at the breakfast buffet. But this is something where the hotel obviously does not have any influence.
