Country Hotel Castelbarco

The staff was very welcoming and were very attentive to the customer needs. The beautiful and calming surrounding made the morning a delight to enjoy. Enjoying a cup of cappuccino outside with the fresh country air was a perfect way to start the day. I would recommend staying with Hotel Castelbarco to anyone wanting a lovely stay just a bit a way from the busy city.

The shower was strangely designed and could use a upgrade. Was not comfortable to use.

Very nice and quite location in a park, perfect for families. Playground for kids, parking place. The room is very comfortable, with kettle and minibar. When the restaurant is closed there is the possibility of delivery and eat in the hotel, tables are available and the personnel is very nice. The bar is open also in the evening, very useful. The breakfast is very good and varied. Freshly made cappuccino and coffee is also available.

The breakfast was good with lots of sweet and savoury choices. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was convenient and there was a lot of public space both inside and outside which we could use.

The fridge in the room, although switched on and 'working' wasn't cold enough to cool a bottle of water. The electronic safe didn't work.

The room was very spacious, clean, cool and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a variety of things to choose from including hot food and the restaurant suggestion that the staff gave us was also excellent as their own restaurant was fully booked.

We found the bed a little too hard. There was a kettle, tea and coffee sachets but unfortunately no milk so for us we were not able to use this facility. We were also surprised that the hotel was down a rough unpaved road which doesn't get mentioned on their site, but once there it was very good.

The room is spacious enough for 2 and very clean and tidy. I feel very relaxed and at home with my family. Breakfast is excellent. Majority of the staff is very friendly with good customer service except for one who is very unfriendly. Location is good but when coming from the motorway the road is very scary and isolated. At a point, thought we are lost. I will lodge again if in the area not minding only one staff that is not friendly because every other thing/facilities and other staff are excellent.

A big and comfortable room, free parking, friendly staff.

Location is impossible to reach without a car. Breakfast was not worth the money. Scrambled egg, bacon were cold, sausage products dry and as a person with experience in gastronomy I was able to see that some of the food were leftovers from the previous day.

Beautiful place, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and great staff - very kind and willing to solve any problem. Perfect location for Leolandia park.

Location, space, garden and friendliness of staff. Modern room with air-conditioning. Conveniently located to Trezzo and the adjacent park and Adda River allows for nice walking and jogging

Many families, so quite noisy. Restaurant fully booked until 10PM and bit of a smell from kitchen in corridors. But during night all was quiet as the kids were in bed ;-)

Room (windows) needs better soundproofing, you can hear the noise of the planes from one of the nearby airports (don't know if Malpensa, Linate or Bergamo)

There were not enough towels for two, only three pieces and all of different sizes. There was an impression that there was not enough furniture in the room. There was no socket next to the kettle, so I had to turn it on somewhere else.
