The location of B&B is perfect, the size and cleanliness of the room are great, a small kitchen is well equipped (perhaps I missed the wine glasses), the organization of the arrival was smooth and very efficient. The breakfast was continental with a plenty of coffee, cakes etc; taking that into account, it was very good (but I myself prefer English breakfast).

The doors between the rooms and common corridor were rather loud - they need some maintenance. I was in Frascati for a business trip, thus I missed a larger desk where I could work.

Loved everything about this property. Dealing with Flavia and also her brother was very easy, they were both very kind, friendly and accomodating. Flavias brother gave us many tips on where to eat and what to do around the area. Messaged Flavia prior to push back our stay as we got food poisoning, she happily let us delay our stay and checked in with us to see how we were feeling prior to our arrival! Frascati was an amazing place to stay out of Rome and the train is a 3minute walk from the apartment. We had the best pizza and pasta at the restaurant 20m down the road and also delicious gelato in the main square. When i come back to the area i will stay here again no doubt.

Il Cucù is an excellent place to stay. There is a great location and a spacious, bright room. Everything is clean and inviting. In summary, the whole flat is cosy and convenient. Breakfast's good. What is more, the owner is adorable, welcoming, and also very helpful! 😊😊 We're delighted, absolutely love it! 🤗

There wasn't a choice of savory breakfast, however it wasn't a big problem :))

Location was fine (calm, near railway station and city center, not far from the park which I used for running). Room was quite large. Breakfast was based on own choice of food available (large choice).

In the room, I would prefer bigger carpet to make a small physical practice in the morning. Once, there was almost no milk in the fridge during breakfast time, but it may happen as other rooms were occupied.

We spent a wonderful time in the apartment, which is fully equipped. It felt somehow like being at home. The apartment is located in a quiet street of the city center, next to the sights. The owner is super friendly. We arrived on a Sunday and it turned out that by accident the nearby supermarket was closed. The owner came and brought us a bottle of spumante and white for free. Dinner was saved. 5 stars! I can strongly recommend the place.

Large comfortable, clean room. Friendly host let us check in early as the luggage storage at Rome station had horrendous queue. Good selection for self service breakfast.

Glass door on shared bathroom. Although apartment is close to railway station, there are a lot of steps up to it and also stairs (3rd floor apartment).

Flavia was super nice! I checked in quite late and it was no problem at all. There is food in the kitchen for breakfast so everyone is flexible in when they want to eat.

Water pressure in the shower was not amazing.

Really clean property in a nice location in Frascati. You can reach Rome in approximately 30 minutes by train .

B&B with everything you need for a short stay, a place to sleep and a good breakfast. Flavia went out of her way to work in with my travel arrangements. Paying with a credit card was also no issue.
