Xilhotel

It’s a modern type with touch of high technology, soft touch to lights switches, TV like a mirror, very clean room though our room is a Standard one so its a bit small but enough for a couple and their service staff are excellent especially Alexandra who is quite knowledgeable and helpful on giving is tips to best restos in town as well as giving advices to what to see in our next destination which was Lecce. In the absence of Alexandra, her colleague Leticia was also very nice and friendly and helpful for easy check out.

Very modern room, different from where we normally stay, with numerous mirrors as decoration on the walls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went to a lot of trouble to find somewhere suitable for us in the evening. I'm glad we did not stay on the historic centre as we enjoyed the experience of crossing the bridge from the hotel to arrive in the old quarter.

Clean modern room. Good staff. Very good breakfast.

Unfortunately my room had limited natural light. Although it had a high ceiling, there was no window except a small window-door in the upper mezzanine area. The room was similar to being a basement room. This should have been explained in the room description.

Most rooms are on the first floor, together with the breakfast room. And the room door will let you hear everything, not only from the corridor, but also from the breakfast room. Don't expect to sleep late. Surprising how you can put so thin doors when you renew everything nowadays.

Pristine, attention to detail of high standard. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and all unique in style. Breakfast was excellent with variety to suit every taste. All the reception staff, breakfast and our room attendant were first class. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

The location was ideal with a lovely view, the room was so modern and the staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast was also the best I had in my time in Italy.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been a nice touch.

Perfect hotel to visit the old city. Modern and confort hotel. Nice staff. Easy to park around for free. (spring time) Nice view on the roof top terrace.

Room 18, was a room for handicapped which is adapted to them and little less friendly for non handicapped people. As the hotel was not fully booked, they've been able to give us a normal room, they didn't do it...

property was in a great location with easy walking distance to the old city. Staff were very friendly and parking available right outside(for a fee). it was clean and buffet breakfast was delicious.

Carefully restored old building with modern facilities. Great parking close to Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. We booked a Triple room, which turned out to be a mezzanine with two super beds and two bathrooms.
