Staff could be more helpful. They should be more proactive in assisting visitors. Better maps and information about restaurants and attractions. What bus to catch and so on.

Gorgeous hotel, staff were so friendly, the pool was beautiful, no views of the sea but it didn’t matter, the flowers and foliage around the property were absolutely divine. Breakfast buffet was more than plentiful and the smoothies and drinks were delicious. It’s a short walk to the main centre of ischia and there are buses if you don’t want to walk. We had an absolutely fantastic time here
Zizi bus could be more reliable but that’s beyond the hotels control!

Very clean, very lovely staff and the location is close to port which is easy if you are planning on doing day trips to Capri. Breakfast was also good, a huge variety to choose from.

Lack of Fresh Fruit. Kiwis were inedible, not even ripe. Canned fruit not acceptable. We purchased fruit from the supermarkets and the fruit was excellent so why was the hotel fruit offered so poor ?

Being at the end of our 3 week trip from Australia, we were looking for rest and relaxation. This was the perfect spot for this with the many pools, spa and beauty treatments

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and always cleaned to high standards. We booked a classic double and it had a small balcony with table and chairs that allowed us to enjoy evening drinks and room service. Staff was impeccable and always friendly. The variety of pool sizes and thermal waters made our stay very enjoyable.
We felt that the structure is missing a trick since its restaurant does not offer a la carte dinner, only pre-set menus.

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was kept clean. You didn't have to carry cash around with you and everything was billed to your room which was great. Great spa service. Enjoyed a massage and facial which was very relaxing Hope to return again in the future. Would definitely recommend hotel Continental. See you again Ischia 😊
