Hilton Garden Inn Lecce

Modern design hotel, very clean rooms, with every comfort. Perfect location very quiet and easy to walk to the old town where to find more coffee bars, restaurants, shops and visit the main attractions. I like the swimming pool on the top roof, a fantastic oasis to relax in the sun. Good breakfast with a wide selection of local and international cakes and more. The personnel is very friendly and professional. I've been to other Hilton Hotels worldwide and I received always a good service.

No orders are taken from the top roof for drinks. It would be nice to have fresh towels every day available on the top roof.

The staff was LOVELY and very helpful with everything. The breakfast was nice and the room and bathroom were big.

Much further from the old town of Lecce than I would have liked. It was either a taxi ride or a 1.3km walk to and from town. There’s not much directly around the hotel that we would have enjoyed for dinner etc. The room felt hot and just a bit outdated. Overall I felt the property was just alright.

STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WIH MY QUESTIONS ESPECIALLY HELPING ME TO GAIN HILTON MEMBER POINTS. The Young man at reception was excellent in finding my Hilton Membership. The gentleman at the morning and then, afternoon shift assisted me with train travelling and looking up the train schedule. He went beyond the call of duty as I was with him for over 30 minutes, I reckon. Thank you to both of them.

The breakfast scrambled eggs were close to cold as I went to breakfast around 9.15-9.30am. After three breakfasts I went down the road to a cafe. I did not say anything to the staff about the eggs.

The staff at front desk were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the parking was great.

The service at restaurant in the morning was non existent. No one greeted us, was offered coffee 1 time except we had already done our own coffee. Water could have been offered free per room considering the price of room.

Being so far out of Lecce I feel the menu needs to reflect what people are looking for steak @60 euros is not affordable if there was an alternative ie rump @20 euros it says a lot when the restaurant was under subscribed . breakfast staff need to be more attentive should not have to chase them just to get a coffee.paid extra to have a balcony was good size but no seating so not much use

The business centre has no AC, I had to keep the door open to let the AC from the main hall flow in. The restaurant has excellent food, but the evening staff got me waiting 45 minutes for my food. Graciously they offered a beer and the fruit for my discomfort.

Nothing! I had read some comments and was a bit sceptic and I really don’t regret staying here. The hotel is a bit far from the city but you have free parking and the e-scooters so its more than fine. We really enjoyed walking to and from the hotel as well We will definitely book here again

The team responded to our need for a last minute request for 30pax dinner at the hotel. They did it quickly and professionaly. We are very grateful for their kind accommodation. They also allowed me early check in, which was great!Excellent customer service!

Super spacious room (it was a triple room). Great to have a pool on the roof for hot days. Walking distance to the city center.

We had a dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was pretty awful. From receiving drinks different from the order, to really bad food (e.g. a strange-tasting orecchiette with tomato sauce, which should be a very standard dish, a Caesar salad that had nothing to do with the usual one, and a pomegranate juice that tasted very suspicious.) Also, the dinner was more expensive than basically everywhere else in town.

Breakfast was great: many options, particularly the bakery section with a lot of sweet options Room: large, comfy bed and and great bathroom. Room was clean Staff: very friendly

Bathroom: while the bathroom was large, the actual shower area wasn't and the screen was a bit too small to prevent water splashing out. I would have preferred a proper shower, rather than a bathtub with small shower head.
