The location is little far from Sant Marcus and Santa Lucia. The hotel location is in Lido; Venice beach. In Order to reach the hotel from Sant Marco, you have to take the sea bus( nice trip) for twenty Minutes and then take bus A or C and get off at Sant Antonio stop.

Good location 2km from port, so need to get the bus (which was excellent) opposite the beach where you can hire beds/parasols (15 euro for half day) some local restaurants but only 20mins walk to Main Street & port which has lots of options. Friendly helpful staff. Continental breakfast had little choice but adequate. 3day/7dat pass for the ACTV ferry and buses is a bargain and allows you to travel all over the area. Inc Burano, Torcello and down to Chioggia.

Rooms 11 to 15 were next to reception, so any guests entering/leaving hotel could be heard from the room. Juliette balcony allowed fresh air in but also the mosquitoes!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel situated outside of Venice on the island of Lido, and it turned out to be a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. While it may not have been right in the heart of Venice, its beautiful location somewhat made up for the distance.

It was situated quite far from the main island of Venice, which meant we had to walk for about 20 minutes to reach the nearest dock or the main shopping area, with few amenities close by. Also, unfortunately, all the nearby beaches were privately owned, which meant we had no access to them. This was a disappointment as we expected to have at least some opportunities for beach relaxation during our stay.

The hotel is brilliant. The location excellent and slightly outside the turist caos of venice. The rooms are big and extremely enjoyable.

One thing, due to covid i guess. In the morning the breakfast was a little cold, the cappuccinos weren't that hot but most of all the eggs were a little cold. Anyhow the breakfast was amazing and the stuff was extremely available.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! I was really surprised to receive such a nice comfortable room. I had to change my dates for the trip because of my unexpected sickness. And the hotel team has offered to take me on another dates without any extra payment. Of course I understand, that is possible only when a hotel has a free room. But anyway, how nice it was from the team! The location of the hotel is perfect, but keep in mind that you have to take a local bus to reach the vaporetto. But it's no problem, the bus is included in your vaporetto ticket. Breakfast was also very good. During the day staf can make tea for you if you ask. In the end I would note that the reception employees are very friendly and  elegant. In this hotel you have a feeling that you come to an old Italian movie, with good meaning. The reception administrator, a man, has told me about the Famous Venice Film Festival which takes place every year at  the Movie Palace not far from the hotel. I did not know that it takes place at  Lido. I am looking forward to coming back to the hotel in July-August, when I can  swim at the sea. Clean room, caring service, smiling, nice music in the hall. Located near the beach, not very far from Pelestrina. Transportation is convinient. Breakfast with home made pie was delicious. Water in the shower is hot, facilities was enough for our 44 hours. I really liked the room design, high ceilings, clean and white walls, perfect minimalism.

Our room was on 0 floor, balcony opens to the fence and it was dark and dampness in the room. The floor was cold. But there also many blankets so that was not cold to sleep. Would be good to have home shoes with you, should be enough..

The place is a perfect location to visit Lido, walking distance to the beach and ferry station, but the bus stop is also very close. You can rent bikes and the staff is always present and ready to help you - preparing huge and tasty Aperol Spritz btw! Everything was great, we will definitely come back here. And definitely listen to their advice on eating at Tizziano!

Room with a tub. Some things were not perfect, but when I told staff about the issues they were fixed same day. We stayed 6 nights and were very pleased. Great aircondition and huge closets. Small bathtub was appreciated. Even if the street was not far away, the room was not noisy. Good atmosphere and helpful staff.

Really hard pillows and hairdryer was not very effective.

Hotel was really clean and neat, located just across the road from the beach. Room was really clean, neat and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast was much more than I expected with a wide array of various foods, all very fresh and appetising. I had the best cappuccino’s at the hotel, better than any served to me while in Venice. Michela and all the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful and were on hand to answer any queries we had during our stay

Nothing, will definitely stay here again when next in Venice

The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were delayed many hours by flights. They were quick to email back. The Breakfast was wonderful every morning and so fresh, we loved everything,The Beach is right across the street, and everything is accessible to walk to. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place that is not huge & bustling with people
