Hotel Pensione Reale

We absolutely loved this hotel. Perfect in every way. Incredible spot. Beach across the street. Staff was AMAZING! The bed was comfy the room had great ac and the view my god the view. Room 4 is the spot. All the rooms have a view. We were in trouble because we didn’t line up a taxi in advance r to take us to the Salerno train station. The woman at the desk I wish I knew her name, maybe Annelisa. She was phenomenal and ended up finding us a taxi last minute through a few phone calls. She saved our butt big time. We adore her. Because of her we are in Rome right now. A+ service. We WILL be back. Maiori is so much better than Positano. Abbiamo adorato questo hotel. Perfetto in ogni modo. Posto incredibile. Spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada. Il personale era INCREDIBILE! Il letto era comodo, la camera aveva un'ottima aria condizionata e la vista mio dio la vista. La stanza 4 è il punto. Tutte le camere hanno vista. Eravamo nei guai perché non avevamo prenotato in anticipo un taxi che ci portasse alla stazione dei treni di Salerno. La donna alla scrivania vorrei sapere come si chiama, forse Annelisa. È stata fenomenale e ha finito per trovarci un taxi all'ultimo minuto attraverso alcune telefonate. Ci ha salvato il culo alla grande. La adoriamo. Grazie a lei siamo a Roma in questo momento. Un servizio. Noi torneremo. Maiori è molto meglio di Positano.

Hotel Pensione Reale is a gem. It is beautifully decorated with ceramics from Vietri and my room had a fantastic view of the sea. Each of the staff were very kind, helpful and available. Annalise and Christina went out of their way to make sure I knew the schedules of boats, buses on each day that I ventured along the coast. Maiori is a beautiful town and the hotel is right on the beach, for the days you need to relax and freshen up with a swim. Everything you need is within a block of the Reale; a supermarket, fresh produce stand, restaurants, bus stops, and the tiny harbor to catch a boat to Capri or a ferry to any of the towns along Amalfi Coast. I loved being here. Mille grazie to all of the staff who made my stay a good one. I'll be back.

The good far out weighs any criticism. The only thing I would change is the bed. It was stiff. Firm but softer would be better. I will stay here again non the less.

Everything was perfect , before check in , check in, check out seamless. Lovely people to deal with the room was spotless with Everything we needed for a 2 night stay, a beautiful view of the beach, a fabulous breakfast delivered to our room each morning to be enjoyed on the balcony.

The sea view room was lovely and the views of a peaceful beach were relaxing after a day touring around the place. The staff were most friendly and courteous and catered for the individual needs. It is very well positioned, and the room was very comfortable.

Centrally located right by the beach. 2.floor so great view over the ocean from the balcony. Nice clean rooms with good looking furniture. Huge and deliciuos breakfast and lots to choose from. Averall great experience considering the price. Good value for money.

Private parking is extra 15€. Using the private beach with sunchairs is another extra 20€. There is a free public beach very close by though. Due to the location by the beach and main road a lot of noise gets to the rooms. Windows could have been better. Also main door to the hallway/reception is quite thin so you get a lot of noise from there as well.

Loved this hotel its was spotless they were so helpful allowed us to check in Early... I would recommend anyone to pay a little extra and get Seaview so worth it.. Breakfast was so lovely they wheeled it on a Trolley was so impressed with it..beautiful dishes.. I would recommend staying here..

We loved everything about our stay in Hotel Pensione Reale. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast was lovely & relaxed (served on our balcony), hotel room was spotless. Brilliant location, close to the beach and other amenities.

We arrived earlier than expected, but the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Parking was perfectly located right next to the hotel. Check-in and check-out procedures were very smooth, the staff was lovely. Breakfast was served in the bedroom and was also lovely. Great location as well, right in front of the beach, and although it's right on a big road, the room was quiet at night.

Very clean, pristine bed linen. Position on beach front perfect although difficult to find as it wasnt obvious. Wonderful breakfast served on trolley so you can eat on your large sea facing terrace. Staff very helpful and friendly

Only disappointment during our short stay was their charge of €15 to park our scooter overnight. Really!!
