Hotel Caporal

The breakfast was served with a smile and the staff were excellent and very friendly. This is family run and if you want to meet the locals and hear about its amazing history this is the place to go to. Gasperi can speak four languages, therefore it was wonderful to hear what it is like to live on the Amalfi coastline. They have the lemon walk which takes you from one village to the next and also 1400 steps to Ravello where our host was married.

It it close to the beach and restaurants and everything was to hand.

Everything was great, hotel Caporal is on the great location to travel around Amalfi coast. Only few steps from bus station, and 2 minutes from the port and beaches. Delicious breakfast (cake, croasan..) coffee. Very kind and helpful owner.

The hotel is little old,so it will be more better if they renovated the room. Because the location on this hotel is perfect.

This bustling little hotel room was a wonderful place to stay on our long hike from Salerno. The hotel owner greeted us warmly even though we arrived very late for check in, and our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. You are just steps away from several great restaurants and cafes and the public beach in Minori where you can get on the ferry to go to your next destination. 10/10 for convenience. We will be back one day!

The hotel owner was extremely helpful and such a warm, funny and welcoming person. He gave us tips on transportation and bus/boat schedules every day. It felt like our uncle taking care of us, but always joking around. We already miss him dearly, I'm glad we took pictures with him when we left. The accommodation is very budget friendly for the Amalfi coast and also for the strategic location. The bus to Amalfi stops 30 meters away from the hotel and the dock is also just right around the corner, which was vital for us, since we are always late. :) The room was clean and nice and it had all the basic facilities. Our room was cleaned and our towels were replaced every day. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good with plenty of sweets and also cheese and ham, and amazing coffee. I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends who plan on going to the Amalfi coast and I will definitely stay here every time I'll go back (soon hopefully). Thank you for your hospitality and everything you did for us. We'll never forget you! xX

Breakfast was pretty standard - continental but sufficient. The room was a lovely large size and quiet

Didnt like that you were so close to main street and had to walk a little to cross the street - but that didnt deter us from exploring the lovely pathways and narrow streets.

We have a lovely holiday in this hotel! The owner and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean each day. The breakfast was so nice as well. Location is perfect! The beach is very close, just 2 minutes walk. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great location right in the heart of Minori and the most gracious hosts who went out of their way to ensure we got parking straight across the street and found our way to everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Would stay there again anytime.

The hotel staff were amazing, very caring and helpful with anything you need. The location was great as well. Air conditioning was a plus.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom was small, but it was sufficient for our needs and for the price.

Friendly, helpful mom and pop staff who speak English. Very close to center of town and beach. Valet parking for 25 euro (municipal parking for 24 hr is 70). Big balcony with seating overlooking the street. Good seafood restaurant across the street.

The tiniest shower I have ever seen.

Little hotel, conveniently and centrally located, the older gentleman working there was amazing! Great sense of humor and felt very welcomed. Great price.

- A bit outdated but regarding the price it is fair. - breakfast only until 9:30 is quiet an early finish for those that like to sleep longer in their holidays.
