Watch carefully the check in hours as they are not stated where you could see them When booking, they allow you to choose a late check in hour, but then refuse as they do not have late check in available. They charge extra if you do not get to the location within their hours. We had several attempts to try and cancel a night because they didn t want to expect us arrive from the airport, even though we tried to explain they don t have the right information on the site. We were a bit dissappointed in this, first time that happened to us in Italy.

The location was perfect for stay and the host was very helpful .

The property was on second floor and the lift was almost starting from first, so we had to climb up with our heavy luggages to get the lift. And there was no service for bag pick n drop.

this is a great find, just 100 yards from the Duomo Plazza. quirky entrance and lift. room was much better than expected for the location/price. relatively spacious, huge wardrobe, even a little balcony.

suggest bringing ear plugs , as central location means it was noisy during the night and early morning.

what I liked the most is the location. it’s very convenient and 5 mins walk from the Duomo plaza. I love luxury and High fashion so it was easy to go shop, walk back, drop my shopping bags and go on many other adventures.

the room could have been a little cooler at night. since I can’t adjust the temperature, it was a little bit of a bummer. it would also be nice if you had a Do not disturb sign that guest could put on their doors if they don’t want their rooms to be serviced instead of the knock every morning.

This is a well proportioned and positioned accommodation with a nice bed and good shower.

Some positive criticism. For a property at this cost one would expect better care taken and cleanliness. The shower door rubber is damaged, there is a dead plant on the balcony, the soap holder in the shower has rusted screws and there is mould on the shower floor. All items that can be fixed with minimal effort. Only real problem is the homeless people sleeping 50m from the front door asking for money as you pass.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very responsive and helped me with what I needed. Beds were comfortable and despite being near a busy street, the room was actually very quiet. I like the proximity to trains and Metro and to the Duomo and surrounding areas. Felt safe at night.

I wish the lighting in the room was better. It was pretty dark. I would recommend more overhead lighting or another lamp to brighten the place.

I liked everything. Location- right in the center, close to Duomo, and subway. Yet it was very quiet even though the windows gave to the street. Great type of quiet A/C ,so my balcony doors were closed. No noise from other rooms. The room was cozy and modern. It has everything you need, even tasty coffee, with Keurig type coffee machine, ( as I would expect in Italy) and small fridge. Perfectly clean room with sparkling bed wear and towels in the modern spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. (my back is very picky). Great welcoming staff speaking Italian, French, English. ( maybe more, but it was enough for me) Very helpful concierge downstairs, who gave me a hand with my suitcase.

location is incredible!!!

stairs to access the lift and then the steps within- makes it difficult if you have heavy suitcase. located in a shared building so Afterhours access is a nuisance. no soundproofing- from external noise or internal. due to location & taxi/bus stops ( including airport transfer bus) expect to hear outside noise until 2am internal walls thin- can eat guests in other rooms clear as though in the same room. think twice if travelling with someone and you might want some privacy

I didn't purchase a breakfast therefore we did not have breakfast, but I don't even know if they have any :)

The location of the hotel was great however I couldn't find the hotel at first since it's just like a small apartment in a business building. At night there were many homeless guy sleeping around and since the building was closed there were no one, not a security or anything. That did not make me feel safe.

The convenience of the location, the mini bar had good options, air conditioning worked well and plenty of hot water.

Floor was dirty and there were a couple bugs in the bathroom. Also the shower was a bit small and felt dangers cause it was up on a couple stairs. But these things didn’t make the place bad.
