Location is just a few minutes walk from the main attractions in the city. Very spacious room. The unit comes with everything you can find in a full suite. There are cooking and dining utensils. It’s also nice they separate the trash. This is also a smart home and building that saves electricity. Easy checkout since you just leave the card inside the room. The city tax can be paid using credit card unlike other hotels that can only be paid with cash. They were able to communicate well during our stay even through whatsapp and was able to help us where to get covid test before our flight back to the US.

There is a late check in fee if you come after 10pm. The shower area doesn’t drain well and fast enough and it spills over the water when showering.

It is clean, comfortable and has a nice view from the terrace. The kitchen is practical and easy to use. Overall a good place to stay in Milan without paying a ridiculous amount of money.

This is not their fault, it was probably on me. The rooms that are for 4 people are not necessarily for 2 couples. A family yes, but not couples. Only one of the rooms (the main one) has a bathroom, so the other people need to come into the room occupied by other people, to access the bathroom.

would have liked staff in reception area to ask for help finding out stuff in the area , there was never anyone there . What they don't tell you when booking , is 25€ charge if you check in after 10 pm , 5€ charge if you need clean towels , will mind your bags when u leave but you can only pick them up between 4pm and 6 pm , which was no good to us , So had to drag cases around all day with us till our flight home , so if you follow their rules you will not have to pay extra money , Aldo would have liked a Toaster

First of all, the location was excellent, about 10 minute walk from city center, and it felt even shorter when walking down. The room was very clean and we were happy with the fact that there was a built in air-con/ heater, as it was very cold at the time we visited and we could pick what temperature we wanted the room to be at, I'm sure this would be great for the summer time too We picked the cheapest option, and at first we were a bit worries, because our apartment was right behind the reception, but we couldn't hear any noise at all. It was very clean and spacious even for a studio apartment. The bathroom was also very modern. We had a small TV and everything that you need in the kitchen, even though we didn't cook at all, having all of the utensils gave us the option if we did want to cook. Staff service was good, we could leave our bags in the reception before check in and also after, as our flight was later in the evening. The price was excellent for the location and the room. Close to all of the tourist attractions like Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza del Duomo and shopping streets.

We loved everything about the apartment, but the only thing was that there was never anyone in the reception, and when we wanted to leave our luggage we were waiting for a while. We texted in the WhatsApp chat but we got no answer for 30 minutes, thankfully we saw a staff member that let us in earlier and let us leave the luggage there.

The location was excellent with easy access to the metro, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood seems safe and is very walkable day or night. The apartment was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bed was very comfortable, we did not hear noise from either adjacent apartments or from the outside, and having a kitchen area and separate sitting area makes the apartment more spacious and home-like than a hotel room. Security was good for getting into the building with a keypad with different numbers generated for every traveler, and an app provided access to our room. The cost was much less than a comparable hotel would have been, and it's a great value for the money.

Lighting in the bedroom was very poor, and we needed a flashlight to find things in the wardrobe after dark. Except for the bedroom wardrobe, there was nowhere else to hang clothing.

lack of communication. Nothing was explained to me. I didn't receive the wifi until the next day. Also as I was resting on the sofa, the electricity in the apartment went totally out, leaving me in the complete darkness. Had to find the woman, who came up to the room and walked into the bedroom and the electricity went back on. It would have been great to know that prior. When I told her I was getting an additional guest for 1 night she said no. So I had to book a hotel for that night and I had already paid for this apartment. She could have offered to move me to a different room, as I saw there was availability in another aprtment for 3 people.

In a quiet area. Within walking distance to the city centre. Easy contact less check/in and check out. Very helpful and available staff. Every question was a message away. Luggage storage till very late on day of check out meant it gave us more time to see the city even though we'd checked out of the hotel. Thoughtful additions like polaroid camera ,yoga mat for a complimentary online class and free gym access. There was also a tote bag and water bottles to move around the city with. Great for first timers and tourists

No full length mirror. there was only 1 in the bathroom. No smart TVs so there is no entertainment for non italian speaking quests

Comfortable bed and apartment was a nice size for our family. Really enjoyed the little touches made by the Bob W team such as a personal note, coffee and moka and even a reuseable water bottle! Yoga mat and umbrella were also provided and those are the little things that make a place memorable.

The living space could have used a coffee table and the shower stall is open and water easily floods over onto the floor. These are small things but I found could have made a much better apartment. The place is a little walk away from center city and areas but still close enough for walking.

Very good apartment on walking distance (700m) of the City Centre. On arrival the apartment gave us a very modern and decent impression. Before arrival there was also very good communication on how to speed up the checking in process, our time of arrival, ... The apartment really has all you need when staying in a city like Milan: a comfortable double bed in a seperate room, a sofa that can be converted into a bed, 2 TV's with Netflix (which you have to find in one of the drawer's), a little kitchenette (fridge with freezing compartment and a 2-spots cooking plate) with all the necessary equipment, a neat and clean bathroom and airconditioning in both rooms. Also a nice surplus were the roller shutters on both windows. Very nice to completely darken the rooms. When returning to Milan we definitely would return here.

At night, the airco is a little bit too noisy. Any noise on the hallway can also be heard. There is also some kind of sensor in the bedroom which blinks from time to time. All in all some little disadvanteges for place that is overall very satisfying.

Check in policy is annoying Must come at 15:00, can't before And when you come at that time, you find a queue of people waiting to do the check-in. Especially because there is onky one employee doing that. Plus no enough lights in the bedroom
