The code for the supply room was changed, could not access it to get paper and a towel. I had the old one because I was lucky to find the cleaning staff. Should have been sent via text.

Excellent location. Spacious, stylish apartment, albeit with some dated aspects. Balcony with a view of the Duomo was an unexpected bonus. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning worked fine. Online check-in worked seamlessly. I made a small error with the reservation and this was sorted out via WhatsApp within 15 minutes of my texting.

As other reviews have mentioned, it's not a great option if you're delicate about your sleep. (I expected that and it didn't bother me.) The main gripe was that the water for the shower was warm, not hot.

The location is excellent - minutes walk to Duomo Milan and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The Guest Experience Team is available 24/7 through WhatsApp and they respond very quickly. There is a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and Nespresso with capsules.

It gets noisy very early morning at 3 am by heavily vehicles, construction activity with people shouting, and service vehicles making mound noises collecting empty bottles. At 6.30am, the trucks collecting garbage makes a lot of noise. The windows are not soundproof. However earplugs are provided but it’s not a solution. The sheets and towels were not changed during our 3 nights stay.

Great location, very close to Duomo! Good fit for a family of 4, beds are comfortable and apartment is overall well maintained. We had a really late checkin - 3am, and were worried about self checkin, but it worked well. I needed help with understanding where to input the pin code, and got assistance on whatsapp in a matter of several minutes. In general they were really responsive on whatsapp.

There is a small maintenance room between the bedroom and the shower, with no door. There were sometimes water noises, probably related to air conditioner. It wasn't too significant for us.

Location is insane, you are really 1 minute from the duomo and I had views of it from my window.

Let’s be realistic, this isn’t a 5 star hotel, the water in the toilet continues to make noise all night, it’s clean enough, not deep cleaned and the apartment has wear and tear. But for what you pay and where you are it is good value and I’d recommend it to friends.

Great place to stay at, what we really loved is that we got a way bigger room than what we expected so that was nice. Huge bathroom as well with a bathhub and. Bedroom was big and had a sofa and coffee table as well as a balcony, very comfortable place to stay in overall. Location was litereally 2 minutes away (walking) from Duomo which was great.

very very clean best location ( 1 min by walk to Doumo) you can see Duomo from the window by looking at the left side. super easy check-in and check-out there is 2 or 3 parking near to the hotel(3 min walking)

there is good mirror in the bathroom but you haven’t mirror in the room.it’s not a bid problem 😊

There was no breakfast, location was amazing.

The only problem is the apartment did not have enough curtains to cover the whole windows, nor a block-out curtains to block out the lights so you can sleep well.

Extremely good location, nice little bonuses in the room. Everything made pleasant for the stay. Comfortable.

Couldn’t figure out the heating system, either it didn’t work or we didn’t know how to use it. However it didn’t affect our stay majorly.

Location was excellent, room size was more than adequate for 4 people. Tea, coffee and mini bar. Amazing staff who helped us when our luggage locker was stuck.
