This B&B is located directly next to the sea. It has an awesome view through the little Appartment window and a great rooftop terrace. The room was very modern and is being cleaned daily. The bathroom was really nice, big and bright. The staff is great! Very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Molfetta is a cool town, close to bari but not as touristy.

Stairs to the upper rooms are a bit tight, don't bring a big suitcase. The receptionist's office is right in front of the rooms. While I did appreciate someone being there it felt less private in the rooms with someone sitting right in front of them. While noise was no issue the walls are not the thickest. Parking can be a challenge but that's to be expected in an Italian town.

we were there for 6 days and the room bins weren’t emptied, no water in the rooms but we had glasses breakfast not brilliant, one morning we had sour milk. limited pastries

Breakfast was very good. The beach just in front of the window was amazing and the views from terrace as well. The personal was very very helpful. The location is great. Private parking was appreciated.

The breakfast was very basic not much at all. No kettle in rooms to make a cuppa and the bed squeaked every time we moved.

Just a few more options at breakfast - as someone who is lactose intolerant, there wasn't really anything I could eat.

Great place, lovely rooftop, close to the old town and not far walk from the train station. Quite rustic and nice nearby breakfast.

Bathroom gets very wet - shower door doesn't work. Smells quite damp. The sensor means that any window open doesnt let the aircon come on. This makes sense for the bedroom but not very the bathroom window.

More variety with the breakfast would be good and also a bit of paint on the wall inside

New, net and very practical b&b. Location was great and the terrace seems wonderfull for the summer

Just one floor, but very tiny stairs. Not for everybody

Location was excellent as was the decor in the rooms.

The walls between the rooms are very thin. We were kept up very late by noisy neighbours.
