Nine Hotel

This was a very last minute booking , so was not sure what to expect. From the moment we arrived the staff were all amazing . The room was perfect , very clean and comfortable . It has a perfect location for exploring Monza or a short walk to the railway station to travel to Milan. The breakfast was superb. We had dinner one night at the restaurant , it was brilliant , the children loved the ice-cream, and the muscles were delicious. I could not recommend this hotel more , a real hidden gem and extremely good value for money. Will definitely be staying again.

I think the main point here is that the Nine Hotel is more of a restaurant than it is an hotel. Don't get me wrong, my room was large , clean, decent bathroom, tea/coffee, kettle, TV, fridge, big comfy bed ...... nicely decorated. But the place is really a restaurant.... and a large, popular good one at that. Breakfast was the best buffet I have seen, fruit cakes, hams, cheeses... with the offer of freshly made omelettes. Excellent ! I ate in the restaurant both nights I was there. Great atmosphere about the place..... very big but nicely divided into areas that meant that you didn't feel like you were eating in a warehouse. Very busy.... very well run. In the centre of Monza, very close to bars, shops etc Overall, I'd say the hotel was good VFM. Only a 10 minute walk from the station.

There is no obvious ' hotel entrance.' I spent five minutes walking around the outside , until I decided to go into the busy restaurant and was checked in at the restaurant cash desk. The member of staff who took me to the room, was silent, until he took a phone call, showed me my room and walked off back to restaurant duties. Not very user friendly. Neither is the lack of information regarding local attractions, breakfast times. It would have been interesting trying to find a staff member , if you had an issue in the early hours. Like I say..... a very good restaurant...... with good rooms.

Very close to the Monza train station, and to the city center. The studio was quite big, nicely arranged, there is a huge restaurant downstairs and the included breakfast was good.

These are suggestions, not complaints!!! The entrance doors could use an extra layer of drapes, for added privacy. Closing the wood doors is not quite convenient. The entrance to the hotel itself should be separated from the restaurant, it's a pretty clumsy walk through all the tables. There was no password for the wifi present in the room. I could've asked the staff probably, but my italian is rusty and their english is the same as my italian. Guests should be asked to use the door sign for cleaning the room if they want it, not find the room cleaned/arranged (my wife's dress was folded on the bed also, good thing we didn't leave any private lingerie in the room).

We previously lived in Monza and stayed here then and again most recently in Dec ‘22. Fabulous location in central Monza with nice sized rooms and amenities. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Staff are very nice. It’s eclectic in that you enter and exit throufh restaurant which to me and my family was part of the fun vibe but may not appeal to all if looking for a more traditional hotel experience. Highly recommend as a special place with very good value.

Very friendly and helpfull front desk staff. Room were clean with well working airconditioning. Cosmetics and towels prepared and with good quality. Breakfest with nice sort of choices. Restaurant in Hotel with high quality italian food.

In early hours of breakfest not everything is available. They brining some products later.

The staff in the restaurant and reception were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was also outstanding, I've personally never seen such an attention to detail with regard to cleaning the rooms. It was a lovely sight to return to each evening. Thank you all!

Parking is available for a fee nearby, not at the property itself.

Easy walk from train station. Located near centre of town. Rooms are attached to a very large and popular restaurant. We ate there and it was very good. Did not get noise from restaurant in our room.

Bed was close to the floor - futon height. Would be a challenge for some people. The mattress was not the best in that it sloped a bit to the middle.

Doesn't have a dedicated entrance to the hotel, the check-in is made at the restaurant cashier (which is not a problem) but it's not intuitive. Took me some time to figure it out.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station and really close to the Ponte dei Leoni. The view from the window was great. I have got a spacious room with a kettle and a big shower.

There was no hot water in the shower.

Perfect location in old city center. Restaurant and service are on high level. Room are very big (in fact two rooms).

Everything is ok. No any problem. WiFi not the best when a lot of people in restaurant, but it works. To go to the hotel need to go through all restaurant, but it not a problem at all.
