The Regency Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Very chique, classy hotel. Everything was great. The staff were exceptional, especially VERONICA. (She went above & beyond to make sure we ate lunch through take away because the hotel restaurant was closed.)The rooms were classy & well equipped. Very quiet. Supermarket just near by. Great smell.

Breakfast was good, some more assortiments would make it even better.

Everything was great! If you have a car this a perfect spot to visit the lakes area without staying too far from Milan. It will take you about half an hour to get to the center of Milan, using the train, but the hotel quality is so much better (at this price) than what you would find in Milan. And, as I said, the lakes are not too far either, so a good spot in any case. There's also a big supermarket, a BK and a gas station within 100m, very convenient. Breakfast is absolutely excellent. Very affordable and with many options, and everything tasted great! Staff was very nice, room was clean, excellent noise suppression (you will not hear anything from the highway), and there's parking in front of the hotel as well as private parking below the property. The hotel itself was nice as well. I'm possibly revisiting Milan in the near future and I know I will stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently close to our location. We arrived late in the evening and went directly to bed. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. The hotel is designed in a classical "british" style, which is quite unusual in italy. Everything was quite clean and felt taken care of. The breakfast was quite nice with quite a lot of options, and since it was already summer a nice location in the interior garden. The service was very good, with helpful staff. Parking in front of the hotel was very convenient too.

Not much to report. The bathroom was a bit unusual, with a large faucet handle that almost poked my eye. The shower tube was broken, so had to use some ingenuity to make it work. I did report it the next day, since I was just too tired when I arrived.

The staff was absolutely exceptional. At every level they responded to every request immediately into our total satisfaction. We chose this hotel based on its exceptional ratings by prior guests.  Which we found to be absolutely true. Highly recommend them.

Nothing everything was exceptional

Staff was super helpful, hotel was nice, clean and breakfast was wonderful with lots of selection. Also close to highway and plenty of parking if driving.

There is nothing negative that i could say about the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and breakfast is good.

You can hear the noise from the other room and the bed makes noise every time you move 😢

Hôtel is a kind of building along the road... but luckily very nice inside, pleasant salon, good bedroom and bathroom, underground car park and easy to reach the MONZA track for cars races !

Good location for travellers on a car. Free parking. A big supermarket store is just at the corner. A train station - 10 minute walk. A good location if you want to visit Como or Milan.

The staff was very helpful and we have been awarded an upgrade due to a system error. In general they all did their best for our convenience concerning stay and work.

the decor is a little “Victorian” nothing wrong with the style but it’s not super modern if that’s what you are looking for.
