Helios Hotel & Restaurant

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I felt like home. They helped me with all my needs and requests with a smile on their face. The restaurant was good and the ingredients of the dishes were genuine and good. The room was big and comfortable. Bedlinen and mattress very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Breakfast really nice in terms of quality of the food, choice and service. I arrived late in the evening and the opportunity of having dinner at the hotel restaurant was certainly a plus. But once again what really made the difference of this stay was the wonderful staff working there.

If I have to find something I would say that the bathroom was certainly a good size but not as modern as the room itself. Nothing else to add.

Free parking in front of the building, breakfast was good value for 10€ per person, friendly staff, Mr. Zagloul was very helpful with what we needed to know around the place (speaking Arabic), bidet was an extra plus for the place, AC is available which was important for this time of the year (mid September)

The shower stream was too weak and the shower head was very annoying to deal with

great hotel for business trip, very kind and professional staff. all the staff were great, i remember Ali, Maurizio, Martina, Almira, the breakfast team (i don't remember their names), Fabio and Alessandro and of course the people in the kitchen and the cleaning staff. Everyone is very kind and doing a great job. Breakfast and buffet lunch are very good.

We liked Mr.Ali in the front office, one of the best front office person whom I had met in all my travel times and all other staffs as well are good, however, Mr.Ali went a step forward to bring in a closeness with us to feel comfortable. A special thanks to Mr.Ali.

Nothing actually, we had no reason for anything which we don't like.

Polite & helpful English speaking staff. Very good room, restaurant (excellent breakfast, bistro, bar etc).

Laundry was closed due to the holiday season. A little away from Monza central city & market area, nothing much to do nearby.

Ally at the reception desk was singlehandedly one of the nicest and accommodation hotel staff members I have every encountered. The moment I set in, he was warm and inviting, I even stayed downstairs for another 10 minutes for a chat while helped me understand Monza and how to get around - he is a credit to the hotel!

The hotel is good value for money, breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly and they accept pets. Location is a good, if you look for an not off the road stop on the road from Milano to lake Como, and 15 minutes walk to the beautiful park of Monza, which is one of the largest walled parks in Europe.

The Hotel does not have a parking but you can park on the street, which is not that safe.

The hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking outside. Check in was simple and the hotel was modern and clean. The room was large with small dining area and enough room for our family. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel was on a busy road but noise wasn't an issue. There are places to eat nearby and the Monza racetrack was a 10 min drive away.

No issues overall.

The lunch at all you can eat restaurant is good and at a reasonable price €12. Facility was clean and windows are doing a great job isolating the city noise.

Hotel is at a reasonable distance from centre, you will need a bus ride. A taxi could take €20 for a 5km ride.

More than decent hotel with restaurant for business trips. Breakfast lunch and dinner are great. The staff is excellent, very kind, attentive and professional.

Maybe new dinner menu every few months but this is just because i keep coming back.
