Boutique Hotel Metro 900

Great location just about the Metro station but a little far from the town centre. Perfect if you are looking to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, shower is great and a treat to have breakfast included as most boutique hotels outsource to local bakeries where you can grab a croissant and an espresso. The TV is a smart TV so you can connect Netflix and Amazon Prime etc.

The noise of the trains going past. One of the staff members was great and spoke perfect English however one of them didn't speak any so our experiences were different depending on the time we called reception.

The rooms are cleaned daily, are quite big and nice. The train outside is not too loud and did not annoy us. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive and will fulfill all your needs. Sadly, the train station, as in almost any other country is quite dirty. But once you stepped out of those 10m you are in one of the nicest areas of Napoli.

The pillows are quite small and long and hard. The beds are also quite hard but okay.

The hotel is literally right on top of the metro making it very easy to get around the city. The room was large and spotless. Also very quiet. There was a nice selection at breakfast and very good coffee.

Service at breakfast. Took a while to get coffee as it isn’t self service. It would be nice if there were one or two television channels in English.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room plus good location next to the metro with a few nice restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning unit was quite poor and would only come on if you were in the room meaning it took a few hours for the room to cool. Made it difficult to sleep at times.

right on top of the train station! incredible location right next to great food, and readily available transportation. we went all over using the train!

if you have a family room you’ll have to walk all the way up, cross the bar/breakfast area then walk down a floor. lots of stairs but not the end of the world at all.

Staff were very helpfull and location very good

breakfast were very unorganized even cahotic. Altough staff were always kind and helpfull they were not able to fullfill clients needs. There were almost no food available more than 1 hour before breakfast closing. Hopefully they can organise themselves better as it was the only complaint we had during our stay.

The room was decent, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff were the best part of the stay - they were extremely kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet ran out of a few items and were not refilled leaving people who wake less with fewer options. The hotel is located in the same building as the station - in the evenings there were people lingering around near the entrance which was not the best situation.

Beautiful building in perfect location. Fantastic staff, and the wonderful Juliano. boutique style amazing bedroom, super comfy bed, pillows & quality linen with a super bathroom, funky shower & gorgeous products with super soft towels. Funky bar with beautiful furnishings & scrumptious array for breakfast. 10/10 for a Wonderful stay.

Nothing - it was faultless

The area where the hotel is located is nice and beautiful, with restaurants nearby and the sea 5 minutes away. Breakfast is good and the room had good wifi and air conditioning. The hotel shares the building of a train station, which is very convenient if you take train/metro

Slow elevator and just one. It would be good if personnel had better English skills for international customers

superb location - very close to various attractions, in the most prestigious and interesting district of Naples, 15 minutes walk to the promenade by the sea with a beautiful park, castle, and cool restaurants If necessary, there is a parking next to the hotel which is very convenient Wi-fi was good Rooms were clean and renovated, modern design

we were missing warm dishes for breakfast - this could be improved some noise from metro station nearby (apprx. until 23:00 in the evening)
