Location! The hotel is placed in Chiaia which is beautiful district with cool designer shops and great restaurants. It is very safe area. The size of the room! The room is really big, very comfortable even for a long stays. A lot of space. Internet connection was good.

They could take better care of cleanliness. The old stains were visible on furniture around edges of the shower, etc. It says that the reception is working during the day. I understood that means that someone will be available at the reception desk. This is not the case. You basically get the number that is available during these hours. That was a bit strange.

Check in went smoothly, despite late arrival, we got all the information needed through WhatsApp. Through all visit, staff at the reception was super friendly and answered whenever needed. Apartments are in a very comfortable location - easy to reach the oldtown on foot and there is a metro station nearby (you could even go directly to Pompei from it). Also, some great pizza and coffee houses around. The apartments were very tidy and cleaned daily with really comfortable bed and enough place to store everything. Local WiFi worked perfectly. Really powerful hair dryer, maybe a little too powerful and hot for hair, but helped to dry shoes after heavy rain.

Due to high-volume italian lifestyle, better soundproofing would have been nice from the street and we could always hear neighbours coming home. Flat TV could have had smart features as some streaming service or at least internet access, but it had only local italian channels (not very useful and interesting when you don't understand the language). Taking a shower would have been a more relaxing experience if there was a door to keep warmth. Breakfast came from local pasticceria - be ready that sometimes the courier comes way earlier than you order or a bit late. It was delicious and customizable, but sometimes you just want something more filling and not sweet. Apartment cost per day seemed to be too high for what you get in the end.

The location was excellent, very close to the Piazza Amedeo metro station and bus stops. It was in a high-end shopping area and felt safe to walk around at night. The check in was contactless and easy, especially with door codes instead of keys. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It had large closets and a separate section with a desk and small second bed. The included breakfast room service was awesome. The hotel staff were also accommodating with luggage storage on our check-out day.

Everything exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing rooms. Big, comfortable, clean and silent. Lots of amenities for the guests. Good location, in a relatively calm area, but still close to stores, restaurants, caffes and everything you may need. Highlight: the staff was fantastic. Stephany was super kind and helpful. We had a great time at this place. Recommended.

Breakfast room service. Day 1: booked at 8:00, it arrived at 8:10. Day 2: booked at 7:30, it arrived at 7:20. It was not a major inconvenience, but it should be noted that room service times are not precise. Also, the bathroom became wet as the shower box could not be closed.

I liked everything about the property. The location in Chiaia was close enough to walk to the center and in the busy neighborhoods but also far enough to allow a peaceful rest at night. The train station for the subway or other trains is a few minutes walk; there are buses and a funicular very close. It is clean and very comfortable. And the staff are wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. They are all fluent in English if needed. It was easy, comfortable and bright!

There is nothing I didn’t like!

Breakfast is an outside location at an excellent bakery, but very limited space to sit down. Still it was worth it. Excellent coffee, croissant and other pastries. You can order several rounds. Comfortable bed, good sized room, clean.

Bathroom needs maintenance work: half of the shower door is missing which means water coming out of the shower, toilette water is dripping, water temperature is always hot/no cold water from the tap. Room 8 is over a noisy street, window is well insulated, but if you want to sleep with window open, ask for anozther room. It is noisy all the time due to traffic.

The hotel was well located and we were able to walk from the metro station. Our host Archangelo was helpful and showed us everything about the room. The room was quiet and everything was clean. We were able to walk to all of the major attractions. We also received good restaurant recommendations. We were supplied with plenty of good coffee in the room and some welcome snacks.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. For breakfast you could choose to have it brought to your room or walk a short distance to a small, very crowded coffee shop and have it there. There were some seats, but although the pastries were good, you could not really sit and enjoy. I recommend you have it brought to the room. Breakfast was only a cup of coffee and a pastry. I would not call this breakfast. No other option.

Super friendly and kind staff that went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful; spacious and spotless rooms supplied with everything you need (even slippers!); excellent location close to historic sights, great restaurants, and cool bars. A delight to return to after a day of sightseeing in the area.

The one and only thing I didn’t like was the mattress for my single bed, which was a bit too firm and dense to be comfortable (my friend’s double bed was better). But I would still return given everything I loved.

My wife and I enjoyed an exceptionally wonderful stay at prestige rooms. After a long day out in the busy city and hot weather, we would come back to a clean and comfortable room, most importantly with the AC on, a refreshed snack bar and cold water waiting for us. A big plus was the espresso machine which we enjoyed every morning with our breakfast, before heading out. The staff made our stay so special, they recommended wonderful destinations and tasty restaurants around the city. Stephanie and Arcangelo really went out of their way to reserve a day at the beach for us and facilitate our transportation. We highly recommend prestige rooms chiaia to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming second home in Naples.
