Pinto-Storey Hotel

This is the second time I have stayed in Pinto-Storey and I was delighted to find it every bit as fabulous as the last time. This is a little jewel of a hotel which is clean, comfortable, roomy and so well located. All aspects of the hotel are very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. This time we had a small balcony which made it extra nice. In the immediate vicinity are the Piazza Amedeo metro/train station and the funicular station. The lungomare seafront is less than 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and the staff are happy to advise on recommendations. Thank you so much for another fabulous stay in Napoli. We will definitely come back again.

There was nothing we didn't like. Our only suggestion would be having a small kettle to make tea would be nice in the room but since there are so many great cafes nearby this isn't really a problem.

The hotel occupies the fourth floor of one of Naples' grand mansions in the Chaia district. The rooms are deliberately old fashioned but well matched to their setting. The superior rooms are very spacious: ours was a standard room but it had great charm and no sense of being cramped. There are almost no facilities (although breakfast can be ordered) so it is essentially a bed for the night and no more. The manager was helpful and polite. One of the hotel's great advantages is its location. It is more or less at a metro station in one of Naples' most upmarket districts. It only took us 15 minutes to walk down the hill to the Royal Palace and the Opera House. We were also amazed although in a inner city lcoation by how quiet it was. We would certainly stay there again.

I usually never write reviews but I felt that I want to do it this time. The place was so clean to the point that I was excited everyday to go back to my room. They cleaned it so well every day. The location is perfect, I never took the metro, I just walk because everything is really close and the streets are really cool. You have everything you need in the room. The staff members are really friendly. Thank you again guys for making my first trip to Napoli this good ! Ciao.

- Adding a coffee machine would be perfect. - Avoid talking loudly near to the rooms, I couldn't take a nap because someone at the réception was talking on the phone. But still my stay was perfect !

Really nice, quaint room… with a great view over the rooftops of the neighbourhood. Bathroom was great, shower was great, bed was comfy, room was well equipped. Would have liked to stay a few nights longer but had to move on. Great location, in Chiaia, which is a great area of Naples to stay, and literally 1 min from Amadeo station and the Chiaia funicular. 5 mins walk to shops and a little longer to the seafront.

The weather in Naples was exceptionally cold, and I got a little cold at night. I couldn’t find anything to increase the temp of the room. Think it was more the weather’s fault than the hotel’s though!

The front desk clerk that checked me in was so helpful. I appreciated that since the facility feels more like an apartment than a hotel.

I ordered a taxi pickup at the airport. I waited for 45 minutes and called the hotel twice before deciding to wait in line for one. Communication between taxi service/hotel/guest was poor. Better not to offer the service but suggest a taxi fee (I was charged 40 Euros instead of the standard 25 Euros)

The consideration to detail was so comforting and made me want to stay in my room more. I loved looking from my balcony at the view and how close it was to the station, safe neighbourhood and nice restaurants.

It was a little hard to recognise the entrance of the building as a hotel but the staff were so helpful.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the metro station. The rooms were quite and clean. The stuff was very kind and helpful. I recommend the hotel for couples on vacation.

Besides some minor things I can't write anything I disliked in the room or the service.

The classical decoration and well-maintenance. Sparkling clean and quiet with sea view. Breakfast is the best of this trip. Not so many choice but prepared fresh and tasty to wake the stomach. Delicate breakfast lounge to enjoy with good view. The staff are quite friendly. Just 2min away from tube station which I just found the next day which is a bonus. Good value for money. Will definitely come back.

The location was great. Walking distance to the train, restaurants and not far from the port. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Loved the character of the hotel and the view from my room. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

My room was opposite reception which meant I could hear every conversation.

The location is wonderful, in a lovely and vibrant neighborhood of Naples, by a subway station. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. We felt at home!
