We couldn't have had a better stay in Napoli. The location was perfect to us, close to il museo, st chiara and other sites, and just by the lovely piazza Bellini. A short walk to Dante metro station. Although central, the street didn't feel touristy or crowded. The room was bigger than we expected, and cool and quiet. Beuatiful view from the little balcony, looking down at the streets of naples and the art academy just over the street. Dalila gave us nice tips for restaurants and everything we could need. Breakfast in a separate cafe close by, with generous opening hours and both salty and sweet options. Would love to come back!

Location was great and right on Via Toledo. Wonderfull walking around, traveling with our 2 year old and felt very safe and pleasant. There's an elavator so travelling with a baby and a stroller was great for us! The staff was super friendly and helpfull and assisted us with gluten free breakfast and keeping our luggage until our rental car is ready.

Breakfast was quit poor and the Cafe where it was served didn't understand I have an alergy to gluten and wasn't very nice when I tried to explain that. Only after talking with the hotel host she was more friendly.

The room was big enough, the balcony was nice, the bathroom very OK and everything clean. We had some issues with the transfer from the airport to the hotel (our flight was a late one) but the host helped us and checked us in even after midnight. Also, his recommandations came in handy during our visit

The breakfast was not how Italians get us used to be. It is served next door within a little bistro with not so much variety and you could only have a drink (soda, water or coffee) and a snack (a croissant or a slice of pizza). It did not bother us, but if you are looking for that fanatical italian breakfast, don't count on this one.

It was a clean apartment located in the city center, next to some of the top tourist attractions. The bathroom was well equipped. The staff was super friendly and talked very good English, he even recommended us things to do in Naples. He has booked a taxi for us to go to the airport, and everything was good. Also, we were able to leave out luggage at the property in a common area, but there was a camera.

The shower had a curtain, but even with it, when taking a shower everything would get wet. The bed was not the most comfortable, and the bed linens should be changed. Also, we had only one nightstand in the room we have booked.

The location was really good, we could get everyhere on foot if we wanted to. The staff were amazing and really helpful (getting us taxi’s both from and to the airport, they have a taxi discount so I recommend it to everyone). It was very quiet and cozy.

The only problem was the shower, it is made continuosly with the bathroom floor so half of the bathroom was covered in water after every showering. But the good thing is that it dries out quickly! And people in the House café where you have breakfast were not friendly to us when we gave them a coupon from the apartment, so it wasn’t so comfy to eat there, it was like they did not want us there.

Staff (Davide) was a fine example of excellent customer service. Was patient in explaining the facilities and answering our queries. When he realised that we were going to miss our breakfast due to early check-out, he offered us to use our breakfast coupon during lunch time or dinner time the day before check-out. That's not a usual service one will get.

Great location in bustling historic district. Very near the charming plaza Bellini—nice to stop for a drink or a meal. Clean and charming rooms with good bathrooms in an interesting historic building. Nice and pleasant staff, when they are around. The walk up five long flights was good exercise! And the elevator, although small and slow, was very cool.

Staff is not on site, so you need to coordinate your arrival time with them; if you need them (let’s say you lock yourself out of your room by leaving the keycard in the slot that actives the lights and outlets, as one not random example), you need to contact them and wait. It would be better to have a more foolproof system (say, with just keys, not this need-the-keycard-to-get-in approach) if there is no staff on site.

Location is amazing in a nineteenth-century building, in the middle of a Movida street, near by the popular via Toledo. Room size is really good and well assembled. The host is really kind and helpful and it is a recommended place for a short stay

Cleanliness might be improved because we found some stains on the bed liner, parking is an issue because is a busy street and the long stay one are always full, expensive and difficult to reach. the breakfast on the close bar (independent) is fine but not impressive as should be in Naples

Location is great. Personnels were amazing. you do not need to know anything about the Naples because when you arrive to the hotel monsieur Ali will explain everything about Naples (museums, restaurants, old town etc.) to you. The breakfast is served at the cafe next to the hotel.Very good price for Naples. Facilities were good at the room and they let us to drop our bags in the hotel even after check out. Very nice place.

Very helpful staff! Davide has been an excellent host, from booking me a taxi from the airport to making sure that my stay was perfect

The room had no charm whatsoever so if you're in Napoli for a romantic time, there are probably mych better options. But if location, welcoming staff and a decent price are what you are after, it is an excellent choice
