The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the historical centre of Naples. Viviana at the reception desk was lovely - she was incredibly polite, offered suggestions for things to do, and made sure that my stay was very pleasant. The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was served at the cafe right next door. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, which is always appreciated, the minibar was stocked and priced very reasonably, and the WiFi in the room was good. Even though it's on a busy street, I couldn't hear the noise in my room. I was able to leave my luggage in storage after I checked out.

I booked a single room which was a great for a single night's stay but may feel a bit too small if you're staying longer. Nonetheless, I got a good value for money.

This was by FAR the best room I’ve been to in Europe, maybe even my life. The room was stunning. The big beautiful doors leading to 2 patios, and a beautiful veiw of an city streets. It was gorgeous inside, and the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. After weeks of Travelling, it was so nice to get a TV with Netflix!!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

I felt super safe. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions, taxis and whatever I needed. Location was perfect. Close to everything.

I really liked everything. As a solo woman traveling, I felt very comfortable and safe. My room was for a single person but with plenty of space and very clean

Breakfast is served at a café around the corner. There isn't a great deal of choice: it's coffee, a pastry and fruit juice. But it's quick service and tasty. The single room is pretty compact but fine if you don't mind the single bed. Air conditioning works well (needed in 38c). Clean and there's a coffee machine in the communal hallway. Easy to arrange check in and leaving luggage after check out.

I would have liked more options available for breakfast (healthier choices). The rooms are advertised as having their own balcony, but don't expect anything idyllic. Mine was facing an interior courtyard with zero view. There wasn't noise from outside but the interior noise is quite noticeable - people entering and leaving their rooms.

Great central location, near many bars and restaurants. Lovely big ceiling and gorgeous wooden shutters on the window. Comfy bed, great shower. Highly recommended. Although there is a lot of noise from the street below at night, it's a bustling area so to be expected. The balcony doors and wooden shutters cut a good amount of it out. If you have a real problem with noise beyond that, then staying in the centre of Naples is probably not for you!

The sound proofing between the bedroom and the toilet could be better! Also coffee sachets in the room would be nice.

Great location, clean and spacious room. On the 4th floor and has a lift! The location was very central, easy to get to from Museo metro station and felt safe. Some great bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walking. Breakfast was an Italian breakfast of pastries, coffee and juice - there was a ‘full English’ on the menu for €10 but we did not try this as it was not included in the included breakfast.

Wonderful mini-hotel in perfect location. I had a single room, which was just charming. The hostess Roberta was very friendly and helpful, she contacted me a day before to make sure when I was coming and on the day of my arrival to let me know that the room was ready. The breakfast is served in a coffee shop just below and it is a great place, you get coffee, a bakery and a juce, wich is really enough for a breakfast. There are a lot of restaraunts in the area and you are very close to the historic center and the Archaeological Museum. I surelly will go back next time when I am in Naples.

Just one thing, in the shower the door don't go all the way down, so the water splashed out a bit - and in this room the shower cabin is in the room. But I put a towel and it solved the problem. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

location was perfect close to the metro and walking distance to the sites . the old town was close by , close to many restaurants. even a small grocery store was st the next corner. a wonderful coffee shop right on the same street. the location could not be better. our room was very clean , a recently renovated hotel. the shower had lots of water pressure, the balcony was so cute , we slept with the doors open to hear the city sounds . we must mention that the bed was so comfortable, we woke up so refreshed after a long walk from the day before . Alessandra and the front desk was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and mentioned the sites close by . we were very pleased and would not hesitate to stay there again

we loved everything

The hotel is situated in centro historico next to piazza Bellini and the archeological museum. metro station Dante very close(Line1) which is helpful because most of the attractions are in Line1. The room was modern and very nice decorated. I found the self check in useful and very easy to use. The staff was very polite.

From what I understood Italy uses WhatsApp for pretty much everything. We had to pre book our changing of linen through WhatsApp or the reception. the reception isn’t open all day and most of the time we were leaving early in the morning and returning late in the evening. so for the 5 days we stayed we didn’t manage to get our linen changed since we had to download WhatsApp, an app I wouldn’t use. That’s the only negative in my opinion.

The location was fantastic for exploring the historic center. I arrived after reception had closed and they have a cool system that opens the various doors using geolocation and your smart phone. Breakfast at the local bar was included and was good.

My room was recently renovated but very small. it was advertised as having a balcony, which it had but it was tiny and looked out onto a drab, dirty internal area - that was disappointing. The bed was comfortable but being 183 cm, I only just fit as it was built into the walls - so my feet couldn't hang over the end of the bed like they normally would.
