The hotel is ideally located and in walking distance to the main sites, museums, etc (at the border of the centro storico). It's directly at one of the Metro lanes with also many buses departing. We loved everything. The beds are extremely good (not the normal soft Italian hotel beds), breakfast is far above Italian standard (with fresh orange juice, pastries, different breads, but also savory alternatives (prosciutto, cheese), fresh fruits, yogurt, etc.), the rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms well equipped and generously sized; everyone at the B&B is extremely helpful. There's nothing we could have additionally wished for....

The only downside is that there is a ballet/dance school one floor above. If you wish to take a break during normal working hours (i.e. operation hours of the school) it can be a bit noisy and disruptive. Even though the B&B is located on one of the busiest squares, the sound proof windows were amazing.

The staff were fantastic! They went above and beyond - helping to serve breakfast, accommodating an early check-in, and suggesting places to go. The room was huge, very spacious. The bathrooms looked recently renovated. The hotel location is a bit hidden but a good thing as it's away from the busy street, so fairly quiet. I think only 6 rooms total so vibe is quiet and friendly.

Traveling in April they did not have the air con on (as its considered winter/spring still). Rooms were warm and we tried opening the bay doors however the smell of oil/food from nearby restaurants filled the room.

The Property is centrally located on a very lively square with connection to a subway station below Plaza Dante. It is a grand historic building with high ceiling and some of the original features still remained and preserved. The Hosts and Staff are friendly (Francesco, Randy) and helpful especially when checking in, with directions to nearby restaurants, supermarket and booking of taxis. The room is spacious and bright.

The building does not have an elevator. Having said that the staff helped us with the luggage up/down the stairs (Thank you Stefan and Randy for helping us with the luggage bag). Being on the corner of a highly popular square means we get the noise as well. On our second night there an event at the plaza, and the music went on till midnight and then it stopped. Thankfully it did not affect our sleep. Some minor maintenance issue for example the door knob to the bathroom was loose and will need a bit of tightening.

Absolutely amazing host. Very good communication and helped with everything that we asked. The hotel was beautiful inside and the breakfast was good.

We stayed in room 3, it was spacious and the decor was beautiful. Unfortunately this room is below a ballet studio so it's loud. The classes run until later at night and start early on the weekend. This is no fault of the hotel per se and there was nothing that could be done for our stay but it is something to note that could be improved on in the future. The roof is a bare wooden ceiling that whilst looks wonderful perhaps isnt great at dampening sound.

The location is perfect for exploring Naples, right on the edge of the old city, ten minute's walk from the Plebescito, Theatre and Palace, and close to both a metro station and bus stop. The receptionist was outstandingly helpful, bursting with top quality recommendations for restaurants, itineraries and things to see. He really helped to make the trip special. Our room was enormous, with a charming view across the Piazza Dante, and remarkably quiet given its central location. It was well-appointed with a great shower. Breakfast was great, with excellent service. In sum an outstanding all round package.

Only one issue. The hollow fill pillows were a bit bulky, which made it difficult to get a comfortable sleeping angle.

The breakfast was outstanding. The superb Napoli pastries was available every morning, along with fruit, hardboiled eggs and charcuterie. The service was also excellent. Our hosts were very helpful in finding places to explore but also navigating the ferry to Sorrento. The building is an 18th century building so it was charming and ideally located to explore the Spanish Quarter, Centro HIstorico, Archeology Museum, etc. etc. The metro is very near this location.

The driving to this location. Let someone else do it. This is right in the heart of Dante Piazza so keep that in mind when booking. If you want a super quiet place, ask for a room that's not facing the piazza.

I felt that we were so well taken care of from beginning to end and beyond! The staff kindly answered every question of mine, including even messaging with me after we had checked out to ensure our safe journey back to the airport as expected. We were greeted with warmth and genuine interest every day, with the chance to discuss plans and tips for our excursions during our delightful breakfasts. The hotel room itself definitely exceeded my expectations - truly great value in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

I have no complaints - even though I am a light sleeper and there can be a bit of street noise due to the location, I was still so comfortable and able to rest.

This is a small boutique hotel, where you will have a direct contact with the hosts that are willing to explain and help for what ever is needed. The hosts do this with lots of passion, as I guess every guest is important, and this is how you will be treated! They do not posses many rooms and for this reason, they will provide a very personal service to you, with a professional respect of the guests privacy. We really liked the design of the building, the spacious room, the door-window towards the Plaza and the location, from where you have a wide range of restaurants and historical places to see and visit. We had a room towards the Plaza, there are glass windows and extra wooden doors to block the noise from the Plaza. Early evenings can be loud when the windows are open, but nothing that was disturbing us as we are also living in a big city. For the breakfast we got served freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee (lactose-free is available :) and and there was also home made cake! You will not go hungry, first of all it is Italy and the food is delicious wherever you go.

About the property nothing to complain!

The room was very large and comfortable with an excellent shower. The air conditioning worked well. The view from our window over the Piazza Dante was always interesting with lots of comings and goings. There was a very good selection of items available for breakfast and the freshly pressed orange juice was really appreciated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central, so easy to walk to the train station to get to the train to Pompeii and Herculaneum and also to get to the funicular to reach to the higher parts of the city.

The pay off of being right on the Piazza Dante was that it could be quite noisy at night, though the windows and the shutters did cut the noise down.

It was everything we wanted. The hosts, Francesco and Francesca, are thoughtful and knowledgeable. Hillary was super with making coffee and setting up a delicious breakfast. The room was a beautiful, historic, calm setting with huge window view of the vivid activity on Piazza Dante. I enjoyed the sounds of the city and light chatter from the cafe below. The bath is attractive, modern and everything worked! The bed was very comfortable. We reccomend the pick up and drop off service they offer to and from the airport and Restaurant 53 right outside the front door. There is a metro station in the piazza. It is a wonderful way to begin a stay in Naples.

There was nothing we didn't like.
