Grand Hotel Capodimonte

The staff is wonderful. Great spacious room. Delicious breakfast with fresh pastries.

Water was dripping from the ceiling when the air conditioner was turned on. Boiling water flows from the tap in the bathroom and in the toilet tank, what is not at all incomprehensible. Very inconvenient pedestrian area around the hotel.

.The staff without exception were pleasant, helpful and friendly. They made us feel really welcome and comfortable. The hotel is impeccably clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The bathroom was spacious and very well equipped. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable.

The noise of the traffic! Initially we were taken aback by the location. It's a little out of the way but we once we got our bearings and found an excellent local family restaurant we settled in and had a memorable week.

We really liked everything about the hotel. We were in Naples mostly on business. The staff was incredibly accommodating, called us a taxi and supplied us with an iron. The room was incredibly clean though simple and had a great view. I had asked for a higher floor room that was next a rooftop terrace that felt private and had a great view. The only downside: you can't stop in front of the hotel with the car given that it is on a very busy street. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. We'll definitely return in the future - and probably pay for overnight parking.

As mentioned above, the hotel is on a busy street which makes it tricky to stop your car. You have to unload baggage on a little alleyway off to side of hotel. Honestly, we did not hear traffic from our room and the incredible view overlooking the city center, the hillside and the bay was lovely.

The staff went above and beyond: taxi booking was done by them so we could have a quick dinner in the city center. They were very helpful in communicating with the parking. They made sure we had breakfast to go as we had an early flight to catch. This hotel is a great location if you want to visit Naples and arrive by car (but don't want to drive in Naples). It is also very close to the airport by car.

Breakfast was very nice and more than adequate. Lots of selection. The room was spacious enough and accomodated our entire family although one of our children expressed concern with the bed they were in...they said it didn't have enough support. It was a little out of the way since we were spending a lot of time down town and needed to get ubers back and forth but we only needed it for one night and it served it's purpose well.

The room was huge and very comfortable, also considering the price. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Over night, noises coming from the street were pretty loud, and the room itself *vibrated* when especially heavy or fast vehicles passed. Despite a fantastic bed, I could not sleep.

Beautiful and interesting building situated up to the town, enough far to the noisee crowd. It was a pleasure to discover the inside of the hotel. The breakfast was diverse; many options. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too.

breakfast was amazing and rooms were clean and big the staff ( one of the examples Francesco) were amazing and extremely helpful helped us with organising a trip to Pompeii

not as close to the city centre as I had hoped by a bus literally outside the hotel that takes u to the city centre and drops you back

Large room and good services

The hotel was fine, so my comment is about the access to the hotel, since the sidewalk is very narrow and immediately close to the street limiting a safe walk and not so easy with luggages.

We were here for one night for our flight out of Naples. The hotel is a bit dated but was spacious and had all the amenities. The reception was able to book us a prepaid cab to the airport and helped us throughout our stay.
