The host was very flexible regarding our check in / check out and keeping of our belongings. The breakfast was agreed with Stefano and was really good, as well as all the little conveniences we had at our disposal everyday (waters, coffee, juices and many snacks). The room was cleaned, well decorated and the view was great! You can reach the city center with some of the buses that are going close to the Red house. In conclusion, Stefano (host) was great and made sure we had all we needed. When we come back to Naples we will try the room with jacuzzi as it looked great! Best of luck to Stefan, he deserves all the success and good reviews that he has!

Considering price/ratio there is not much I can add here.

The friendliest host ever. Free supplies of snacks and water throughout the day! We almost felt like all inclusive! Location is perfect if you use public transport OR rental car, because it has free parking on the steet and always available places. This is something 1/1 000 000 in Naples! The view from the balkony was spectacular!

My only recommedation would be to have the rooms cleaned every 2-3 days. We ware there for 4 nights, and our room was not cleaned even once. But I'm sure if I had asked Stefano, he would have cleaned it. He is so friendly and helpful!

Absolutely loved my stay. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with dim lights and modern decor.. the view from the room's balcony was breathtaking. Location could not be better.. big park right in front of the house.. the center of the city is a walking distance of the comfortable 35-40min walk via toledo. Lots of public transportation options. The host Stefano was fabulous! Fresh pastries or savories for bfast, freshly brewed coffee, kitchen fir cooking if you get adventurous. Free water bottles, cookies, crackers, peanuts etc. available 24/7. Fridge with with juices and cold water bottles. We even used umbrella graciously offered by the host. Overall , the whole 3 days stay was an exceptional quality of sleep, amenities and customer service. Thank you, Stefano!

All was perfect

The hole apartment and host were amazing. The view from the room was stuning and the balcony and the room were excelent. The host is super friendly and kind and you can chat with him every time you need help or an advice. You have lots of bottle of water, snacks and the breakfest was divers and super delicios, you can make your coffee every morning and you have everything you need including towels and toothbrushes. The room was super spacious and overall amazing. The view from the room is breathtaking. If I will do another trip to Naples I would definitely come back here! 10++

Everything was perfect!

I can only have extraordinary words for the host, location, cleaning, incentives! Best choice for Naples! Silence in an extremely noisy city, bus station to Piazza Dante nearby. The host was exceptional, took his advices and did not go wrong. Very social, very nice, patient and honest. A lot of snacks, coffee, juice, water, all at your disposal (but please use your common sense). So, as a heavy traveller with 7-9 vacations/year, I strongly recommend this place!

WIth a breathtaking view on the city and the Madre del Buon Basilica on the beautiful Capodimonte hill not far from the historical city centre, 4 beautifully decorated, freshly renovated, stylish and super clean rooms and a passionate, professional and very kind and honest host, Stefano, the Red House is the dream place to stay at in Naples. You can enjoy the unbelievable sunset from and enjoy your meal or fine Italian wine on the balcony, have free coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks any time in the charming kitchen, walk down to the old city in just 25 minutes (or 10 by bus) and you will also get on-demand Italian breakfast every day. Naples is so beautiful and so Italian it will break your heart when you leave, the Red House is better and more intimate than any hotel I've stayed at and I can't emphasize enough how good a person Stefano is. He is definitely the 'numero uno'. What more could you wish for? Grazie, grazie, grazie Stefano for making our holiday in Naples the best week we ever had. Can't wait to return.

We came to the most beautiful place we’ve ever been at, was at a high point of Napoli,as we walked inside the room it was very neatly cleaned and organized, the room had 2 balconies and a hot tub, there were roses on the bed and some snacks. Led lights around the bed and the tub. The breakfast was awesome, very tasty pastries. Stefano was a wonderful and generous host that made sure we were comfortable and happy and always made sure we had everything we need, water and food before we went out. He helped my fiancé plan his proposal and got him a free champagne. The place was so beautiful my fiancé didn’t even need to propose anywhere other than the room, it was perfect!! If I ever go back to Napoli I’ll definitely come back to this place!!

The staff was amazing, an extra ordinary attitude. Stefano is such a hospitable person and a great person to talk to. He does an amazing work with running this BaB, he cares about a client as much as he can. The equipment of the BaB is very modern and everything was so clean! We also appreciated that there was a frequent bus connection to the city centre, so there was no problem reaching the historical centre or the main stations. We adored the view from the balcony where we were drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the evening wine. We liked the typical italian breakfast (fresh pastry every single day) with the best juice ever. We also have to mention that Stefano provided us with water, coffee, tea,.. the whole day - we have never experienced it before, it was amazing! When we needed an advice, he was always there to help - travel tips, food specilities, transport information., etc.

The coffee in Red house was super, but for me the breakfast was not. I like that you have all the day snacks ,water and coffee. I don't like the croissant for breakfast. My friend likes his not sweet breakfast. The view from the room was amazing . Near to the park Camodiamonte. Near to the bus stop and many restaurants around. Near to the city center. Good connection to the airport.

For 4 nights - For four days of stay, no one cleaned the room once, the trash was not taken out once.

The place has everything you need for good rest after extensive sight seeing :) We had two rooms King and Relax, one of them had splendid view to the Cathedral and a huge bath / jacuzzi. The other room was bigger for a family with kids. The shared area was full of snacks, cold water and coffee machine we could use as much as we wanted. The property owner was extremely helpful especially as we came in on the day of taxi strike, which ruined our plans. Nevertheless he helped us to find the best way out of the situation. He also brought us very nice breakfast on the agreed time- fresh pastries from the bakery and helped us to find the bus stop and carried our luggages. Nearby there is a huge green park which alas we couldnt explore in full. There are also small shops around for local wine and fruits.
