Was very impressed by this property. It's located on the fourth floor of a residential building. The room was impeccably clean and smelled wonderfully. We arrived quite early in the morning and the owner was a super friendly gentleman who allowed us to keep the room straight away. He gave us great recommendations and was super helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop offers great views over Naples. Definitely recommend!

Be mindful if mobility is an issue for you. The property is at the top of a quite steep hill. The building has a very old and small lift (and very, very slow!) and the stairs can be a bit challenging after a long day walking or if you struggle with mobility.

Everything was good about this property being in the heart of the historic quarter, yet located on the 4th floor at the back of a courtyard, so a very peaceful place. The roof terrace is a real bonus for a city centre property. On the fifth floor with views over the Bay of Naples and towards Vesuvius

The promoted hot tube was not functioning. The two coffee capsules and the few tea bags weren’t replaced. The room safe was not working.

We stayed 6 days in the location and really enjoyed it. The place is absolutely quiet though it is located in the heart of the city centre, close to the famous pizza Sorbillo and the ragu place Tandem. Perfect was the roof terrasse for a private breakfast or a sit around when returning from dinner. The whole staff and especially Massimiliano were extremely helpful and super friendly with tips for going around in Naples, fulfilling our wish on short notice to extend our stay for another day and always trying to read our needs before we even asked for it.

Perfect on any way possible. Location - wow. Clean and comfy- check. Owner and staff - wow wow wow. Max is amazing. Smiles and has patience and always there to help. In person, on chat and WhatsApp. Anyway possible. Location is right at the heart of Naples with all things close by and yet, quiet and relaxing. Will come back time and again.

No such thing

I was amazed by the hospitality, the cleanliness, the beauty of the place. First of all I want to note that this hotel is at the perfect location, you’re right at the center of the most amazing bars, restaurants, pastry shops to have breakfast in loved by Italians themselves however once you step inside the hotel - it’s so calm, there are no street sounds, you can really relax in your room. The sea is about a 15-20 minute walk away and the streets are easy to navigate. Secondly, the host, Massimiliano, is so nice and helpful, he really makes you feel welcome and greets you with a smile! He’s always there to assist with anything you need. The room is so beautiful, simple however not too small, the bathroom is comfortable and the shower is very big. There is even a coffee machine in your room if you want that delicious espresso while you’re relaxing or getting ready to go out. There is great air conditioning so you can rest from that heat in the comfort of your room! We left ours running all day while we were out so we’d come back to a cold room. Overall the place is very private, silent, the rooftop terrace is gorgeous and has beautiful views.

It is located within the historic part of Naples and within an interior courtyard building, so you need to access through one of those big old wooden doors, which gives it a bit of an "old and dirty" feeling from the outside. The interior is very nice, stylishly decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Only thing that I could think to improve it would be a breakfast option, especially having that nice large rooftop.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The reception staff (male) I cannot recall his name is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Gave us suggestions on where to eat, visit and even showed us a map on how to get there. The location was perfect too, it was in the center of the historical city so most restaurants, bars and sites were a walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again on my visit to Naples.

The room was big, clean, comfortable and very modern. The bathrooms were so nice including the towels. The bed was so comfortable, we slept very well. Really close to all the things we wanted to do.The owner was very helpful and nice during our stay! He helped us book a taxi on the way to the airport and let us check out early. Overall would stay here again!

The jacuzzi wasnt working Theres a small balcony in the room but theres no light or a chair or something No breakfast

Excellent location, in the heart of old Naple. A highly flexible and polite, helpful person at the reception desk (Massimiliano). Fluent, very reactive and easy communication. Very clean room and bathroom. The extra bath is nice. Comfortable bed. Quite rooms, windows opening on a quite court. Quick check-in and check-out. Good WiFi also to work.
