The location is excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants. Gennaro the owner is very professional, made great recommendations, and speaks great English.

You will need a taxi to reach the hotel as the streets are narrow and public transportation cannot reach. The hotel inside is very nice but Naples is a rough city and there are trash and graffiti everywhere. There are no elevators in the building and the hotel is on American 3rd floor (European 2nd floor) so if you are not in good health it will be difficult for you.

The room is incredibly beautiful, bed was great, shower was a hot nice waterfall. The details, the lighting, the floor even the walls. You can really see it was planned to be cosy and beautiful. The location is DEAD center historic downtown. Just a few minutes walk from museums and churches. Eating around was cheap and otherworldly good. It was easily my best stay during my eurotrip. WiFi was great. AC great. And can't forget Mr Sandro and mr Gennaro. Both incredibly attentive and helpful.

The historic downtown is a little shady at night. So first impressions are a little harsh. But when you get used to it and know the place during the day it all goes away. We really walked around in the evening and people were really just minding their own business. Also stairs. It's a preserved building so 3 flights of stairs carrying luggage are in order. Pace yourself. No view from window but nowhere has it in Napoli.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was fresh as a daisy and must be recently renovated. It had a wonderful big shower. They were easily accommodating of our baby and put cot in the room that looked new. The building is old and cool. The room is super modern and functional. The beds were the comfiest I've slept on in recent memory.

The only negative is now many stairs you have to climb to get to it. But you are living in an old building without an elevator in a wonderful location, so can't complain. We managed it with a baby no problems, but if you have mobility issues, watch out.

Small hotel/B&B in the centre of the historic area of Naples. If you are looking for location this place is great.

This is a converted apartment on the 3rd floor which in Italy means a long flight of stone stairs with no lift. Great for your daily exercise but not good if you have mobility issues! No breakfast is served on site, vouchers are given to get a cup of coffee and a croissant at a bar round the corner. These comments are not meant to be critical, more so a warning if you have young children, are elderly or mobility issues.

The staff was really nice! The rooms were very clean and new. Amazing shower. We had a bit of a problem with the air conditioner, it took a long time for it to turn on for some reason But other than that, everything was really good!

The location is really good and close by foot to everything. But the streets in the area are dirty and can be unpleasant between the alleys and stairs.

Very convenient location near Santa Chiara. Easy to find even if you get lost. Great communication easy check in and clean. Nice decor and hot shower with rainhead style shower head was very soothing.

Nespresso in room is the next step guys, you are a borderline luxury property so take the next step! Americans in particular need like 6 espressos to equal the amount of coffee we are accustomed to. You can even charge us by the pod! It was nice to have the inclusive breakfast at the cafe downstairs but nothing beats having your coffee before you get ready to go out.

The accommodation is very nice inside, nicely decorated, clean, host was nice and helped us with everything we needed. It is in the historic centre of Naples. We had breakfast at a bar very close, the bar and ladies there were very nice, we had coffee/juice/croissant, so overall very good.

We were 3 guests in a room, and the bed provided for the 3rd person was not that good, that type of foldable bed on wheels. One more poin, even if they were clean, we had some white towels that had a yellowish colour. For us it was the first time, so for sure it is interesting to see the historic centre, but it takes some getting used do, as the neighborhood is old, noisy and somewhat dirty.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were very kind and communicative. We stayed at Easter and they even left us a nice note and chocolates! The location is just perfect. The room itself was really comfortable and stylish, the shower was huge! I can’t say enough good things!

I loved everything. Definitely will book again when we are back in town!

We absolutely loved this place, at the beginning been our first time in Naples we’re a little bit scared when looking for the place (the historic centre is really old and not taken care of) but as soon as we arrived at the hotel the host was so friendly and helpful that changed our experience, he also draw us a map of Naples showing what to do and what do eat (if he do that for you, FOLLOW IT! All the advices was absolutely amazing, specially the Sorbillo pizzeria). Also the room was amazing, GREAT bed and Amazing shower!!! Although I’ll probably never going back to Naples because they can’t drive you should DEFINITELY stay in this place!

Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast at local bar which was very good - coffee and cornetto - with inside and outside tables. Location of Santa Chiara in the heart of Rome was exceptional. Gennaro and Mr Sergio were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this venue for your stay in Naples.
