Conveniently located B&B close to the historic center and the port yet quiet at night especially if your bedroom faces the inner courtyard; great staff (very nice to allow me to store my luggage after check out at 10am for a collection at 2pm after a last tour in the city), nice & clean modern bathroom, comfortable bedroom (both AC & fan which are very much appreciated during the summer heatwave) with desk and good Wifi; they were very meticulous with the daily cleaning

The mattresses were a bit too soft but that seems to be the norm in Italy

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B LIONORA . Great location in the heart of Palermo, safe neighbourhood and secured building. Elevator. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good lighting and perfect shower. We had a kettle with tea and we placed our luggages at storage before check in. The owner doesn’t speak English well but she was kind and responsive and helped us booking a taxi to the airport.

the room was quiet but there was a strange beeping noise at night (from the room) . I wrote the owner and I am sure this will be fixed.

Loved the facilties. Everything was perfect. Fridge inside room. Modern feel to apartment. Felt safe, which is ideal when solo female traveller. Rosa was lovely. Provided clear instructions. Once I arrived, I sent me WhatsApp with recommendations. Had a few issues using the keypad to gain access to the reception area, but staff were easy to contact and ensured I was in the room.

The room is just like in the pictures, modern look full of functional and decorative details. They clean the room and bring clean towels literally every day. The staff is pleasant even though we understand each other over google translate and pantomime. Building is one street under old City center, close, but just far away from crowds and noise.

The room was huge, clean and really comfortable! Super close to everything and felt safe as a solo traveller. The male staff member who served breakfast and then cleaned the rooms was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was average,for €7 per day it was convenient but I would recommend finding something else nearby as it’s pretty basic.

Excellent location in the heart of the historic district. Beautiful, clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds, and lovely modern bathroom. Excellent air-conditioning and many thoughtful details throughout for guests. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from the owner upon our arrival. Highly recommend!

always didn't have light which we didnt like when you get out your room and its all dark,I would prefer the light will be with a motion sensor

A renovated, clean apartment, with various little touches that win the visitor. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help you. The location was excellent, on a wide, safe street, 3 minutes walking distance from the heart of the historic center.

very inconspicuous hotel within an aoartment building. the room was nicely uodated and contact by Whatsapp was promptly responded to.

The hallway light leading to the rooms was always off. I would have liked it to go one when someone cones in after dark

We loved the property. Extremely modern, clean, comfortable. In our cozy room we felt like in our own apartment. We found everything we needed in the room. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly, welcoming and helped us with all our questions. Location was also great.
