The staff were very very good, unbelievable in fact. After our vehicle GPS decided to not cooperate and could not find the address, they tracked us down to come to where we were located and then we followed them back to the B&B.

The only hiccup we had during the stay was no hot water for the shower on the first day, and both my wife and I are grumpy if we are unable to have a hot shower - and that is anywhere in the world - even @ home.

Outstanding breakfast with a great selection of food. The B&B provides a private and secure parking spot for the car. WiFi works well. Since the B&B is a little bit away from downtown Noto it is a quiet area what ensures a good night sleep.

The beds are, in our opinion, pretty soft what caused some back-pain in the morning.

We enjoyed it is located some 10 minutes on foot from the center, hence in a very quiet area, that is also well secured by privaty entry gate. Property was spotless clean and equipped with a modern furniture. We also like the breakfast: croissants with different filling, cake, jams, fruits, juices, coffee. Rosaria is really a super host. Thank you!

Very nice and big room, you can park your car inside the compound (protected by security), very nice host and exceptional breakfast with homemade cakes. We really felt at home! It is 1mn walking from lovely Noto center!

We liked everything

Nice location in nature but still 10 minutes to the centre. The room is big with large balcony, super parkng in hotel area, free. The owner was kind and helpfull. They serve classic Sicilian breakfast, sweets only.

You need repellent because of mosquitos if you spend evening in the balcony.

The area is quiet. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is great. The hostess is very nice

The property is a bit isolated at the outskirts of the town. Some noises in the morning or by guests during the day can be heard but overall it's a very quiet area

Everything was great, we booked the stay as a place where to rest at night and have a quick shower between days out. Everything was spot on, slightly bit outside of the city centre but it is a plus as you don’t have to look for parking spots or pay parking fees.

Everything works fine, friendly host concerned for your well being. Parking on site with easy access, behind a gate for which you receive the remote. Nice Italian breakfast. Know that the way to the city center is a 15-25 minute walk. But you can also use the car and park it in the public parking in the city center.

Hot water supply was a little erratic

Room is new and well furnished. Big, comfortable bed, big bathroom, stable wifi, good breakfast (the home made cake was delicious!!!). Parking is big too. The owner went the extra mile for me, accepting an early check-in and letting me leave the car some extra hours in the parking. I loved my stay here, I'd return anytime! Highly rcommended!!!
