Lovely accommodation, lovely host, a generous breakfast placed in the entrance area at our requested time. Amenities very well presented, with coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and fridge, and basic toiletries. Short walk into the town centre (Noto well worth the visit), and a quiet place to come back to. Easy parking - a little challenge to find the turn off on google maps but don't be worried, the slightly narrow entrance to the street opens up and it is a dead end so very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

What a perfect accommodation and host! To explore southeastern Sicily, we looked at properties from Siracusa to Ragusa and everywhere in between, and finally found this gem in the heart of beautiful Noto. We wanted a modern, state of the art apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and classy bathroom, a washing machine, a short walk to Noto’s sites and restaurants, and free, available parking that let us get to and from the car easily for daily excursions. We booked the property, Pablo replied immediately, then a few days before we arrived, then the day of: great care in establishing communication and being available as we drove into Noto. When we arrived he welcomed us, explained the air conditioning and sophisticated lighting in the apartment, recommended dining options, and during our stay he checked in to make sure we were happy. We travel 15-20 weeks a year, and this property is exceptional: an amazing central location yet perfectly quiet. Everything about our stay went smoothly and effortlessly. Look no further!

The room was perfect and clean. The location was great and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Noto. Maria Luisa and Matteo made us feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived and helped us to park the car safely nearby.
