Wrongly on booking.com the room was meant to be with the breakfast included and after I paid I've been told that cause of COVID they wouldn't provide it but they refunded me the money in cash in the room. I so much appreciated it that at the end I left the cash in the room. So for me customer service was great even though the COVID restrictions circumstances here in Italy.

In the room number 2 the bedroom with the bathroom are separated by a wall which is not even till the ceiling and there is not door to shut for it, technically they are all in the same room. Even if I went with my partner and she knows me, in life there are certain moment which you need some privacy and in that case you don't have it. Cozy room tho but no privacy in the bathroom. Another thing I didn't like is the name of the b&b, bella vista in Italian means beautiful view but when I opened the window the panorama was a building across.

Location is perfect in this beautiful and very enjoyable city. Everything can be accessed in the city by simply walking. You can park your car close to the apartment very easily. Owner gives useful advises and recommendations. We had a Perfect stay in Castallammare. I fully recommend !

the room is big and really clean the building is in a white area not far from the Center.

there could be more privacy between toilet and the rest of the room. but at least we managed it! the other things was the fridge next to the bed, it was a bit loud.

The location - it was close to the old part of town. The apartment was large and clean. breakfast was at a local cafe and good. car parking out the front.

a lot of stairs to get into the property. very difficult to carry our suitcases up.

Great location, friendly and helpful owner in nice small historical town. Good breakfast and modern rooms with strong wifi.

Although staff girl was doing her I needed to help with parking. With her lack of English was very difficult. Parking is not that easy when you arrive out of siesta time. Also I do not think that bed near to toilet not separated by door is not a great idea.

Newly renovated, nice and clean, stylish , close to the city, nice terrace view, yummy breakfast!

The very stylish modern bathroom was all clean and spacious but unfortunately didn't have a door , which to my liking was lacking privacy a little.....

the room was really big and beautiful, with 2 large windows and a balcony. The price/quality is unbeatable.

breakfast was really poor. Only sweets, not even a peace of bread. Worst breakfast in our 2 weeks Sicily. There is a fridge in the room, buying some extra stuff yourself solves it, and the roof terrace where the breakfast is served is nice.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Check-in was fine, quick communications through booking.com.

it was self check-in and we haven’t seen anybody at the location. Because of that it wasn’t clear we had to bring a card to the breakfast location to redeem our breakfast.

very clean and new. 5minutes walk from the center. tithe staff was very responsive and kind. I recommend this place.

The insulation is not that great. Unfortunately one of the guests came back late and made a lot of noises. The owner contacted the guy the day after and luckily it stopped, though.

The room was big enough with a small terrace. Breakfast was provided in a basket with everything needed. Aurora was very nice and gave all details for the checkin/checkout as well as places where to eat. I highly recommend this B&B!

Coffee could be available but it’s easy to find a café around!
