Great Welome from Marcello. He is full of excellent suggestions and advice about how to get the most out of a short visit to the hustle and bustle of Palermo . He met us at the door and helped us get our luggage up to the room. This is a bed and breakfast arrangement. Breakfast was at a nearby Bar and was more substantial than other city appartments we have used. There is a lift up to the 5th floor and a city view of Palermo. I wish I had let Marcello arrange my parking ( which does require local knowledge) I opted for a garage which cost me double what he suggested and was harder to access. Marcello also helped me to get a ZTL car pass for one entry and exit to the Central Historic Zone . This is not easy to do by yourself with a non Italian phone. All of the main attractions are in walking distance from this appartment.

For us it's always about Marcello who is a wonderful and extremely helpful host! Then, the location is excellent, the window view mind-blowing, the breakfast in the bar across the street yummy and fun (the location again!), the disco-lights shower also never disappoints, especially with some Spotify soundtrack... The room isn't too big but well designed and user friendly, and so is the bathroom and the common room. All in all, we'll gladly be back!

The mattresses seem very good quality but we found them too soft, making it hard-ish to sleep on.

I arrived in Palermo with a rental car which I had had to dump several blocks away because I could not find parking near the rental agency. Marcello let me drop my luggage way before check in, then walked back to my car with me to guide me on how to get into the one-way, pedestrian-zone-blocked area where the car agency was. Way above and beyond what he would normally be expecting to do for a guest. It was the last night of my three-week visit to Italy, and it was the first bed I had that did not make my hips ache. Three weeks of hard mattresses, steel bars on sofa beds, thin mattresses, narrow, coffinlike twins which seemed to be made for kids -- I am 6'1" -- had left me aching and cranky. The mattress at Cupole I believe had a memory foam topper, and for the first time in three weeks I was not having to turn over every 30 minutes because my hips were aching. (I do not have hip trouble.) Major points to Marcello on all counts. Above and beyond!

The location could not be better. Walking distance to everything. The only downfall is the noise all night. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in during our entire trip. The room was very modern, clean, bright. Bathroom was excellent. The view from our window was stunning!

The noise. The surrounding area is quite active until early morning as well as you can hear people coming and going in the hallways. The location and comforts made up for it though.

The property was in a great location, within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars and all the major sites of Palermo. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The host Marcello was helpful and let us drop our luggage at the property prior to check in as we arrived early. There is some free street parking or a private parking space available for €10 per day which is helpful if you have a car. Would definitely recommend this place!

I like the manager .Sofia. She was very helpful and attented Witt every request I made. Location is perfect seconds from Maqueda Street but at the same time quiet .

The room was very dark, only one window facing the small interior patio. I could heard a motor noice maybe from the boiler.. but if you close the window you can use the Aircon. But I didn't spend much time in the room because I did prefer to enjoy the amazing city, food and attractions. I defenetly Will book again the same place.

Excellent location, between the main two roads of Palermo historic center (via Roma and via Maquerada). This can be easily visited by foot. The room has a magnificent city view and with all facilities you can ask for. The owner was very kind and helpful. We strongly recommend this flat

Exceptional location in the very center of Palermo, you can walk everywhere in 20 minutes or less, also close to public transport (train station 15min, city buses and airport shuttle 2min). The B&B is well organized, owner Marcello was very helpful with info about transport, the city, and its surroundings, and was there in case of questions. The common areas and the room were very clean and well-equipped - nothing super special, but everything needed for a great stay, and some nice extras like slippers. The breakfast included was at a nearby cafe, which offered good coffee, fresh juice and croissants etc. and was a nice start into the day.

Really stylish apartment with a wonderful view of Palermo. The changing colour bathroom lights were also a great touch! Location was perfect too - just two minutes walk from the main street of bars and restaurants.

The air-con did little to cool down the room so it was a little difficult to get to sleep (we were here in peak summer).

The check-in went smooth, Marcello is very organised and attentive. The room was immaculately clean. Fantastic location. The bed is one of the most comfortable we had on our trip and the air-con works very well. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and domes from Ou balcony. Would definitely return.
