Hotel Bell'arrivo

Rooms in this hotel have had a facelift since we last stayed and we loved the improvements. We booked a lakeview room and were able to watch the world go by from the very comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The breakfast room provided as much food as you could possibly eat (again, lovely staff) and the double glazing kept most of the night time revelry from disturbing us, (but be aware you are right in the thick of all the action here, which we love).

That Italian plumbing odor, which seemed to be common to everywhere we stayed. Perhaps due to the recent flooding or just old plumbing.

What a lovely place. The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly and so incredibly helpful. The room was perfect with many nice touches. We overlooked the bridge and had a lovely balcony.

Some confusion over the parking. I am not balking about 10Euros - but we have two emails from the hotel. One saying on the 4 December 2022 (when we made the original booking) the parking was free to guests for one car... We received another email from the hotel on the 1st September 2023 (we missed this as we were already travelling down to Italy by then) saying it was 10Euros per day. I challenged the lovely lady on reception as I had made a note on our itinerary that it was free parking She showed me the email sent on the 1st Sept. It was not her fault whatsoever. I would have thought our original booking would have prevailed. Just be careful to check your details - even after you have booked. :)

We came to Lake Garda to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. Never having been before we didn't know what to expect, other than what the pictures show. After a shot 15min walk from the train station, we were completely blown away! Peschiera del Garda is a beautiful little town along the lake and even more beautiful at night time! The hotel, situated on the lake side, is a perfect location for exploring around. A 2 minute walk to the bus and you can travel to other towns around the lake. Bars and restaurants right on the door step and a beach for swimming just 10 minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were always on hand to help guide you and recommend places to eat and visit. The room was clean and well presented, and we didn't have any issues! Only that we were gutted we could only stay 2 nights as we were on a short trip! We will most definitely be returning!

The hotel staff on checking in were lovely. We did arrive slightly later than planned but we were accomodated. The hotel was clean and tidy and the view of the lake from the hotel was magnificent (if not blocked by the diggers!)The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the area and was just a 10 minute walk from train Station. Breakfast was included in the pice of the room and had lots of good choice, including gluten free options, which is not always that common. There are so many lovely places for a drink and to dine nearby, which are all reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Roadworks outside the hotel were a bit of an eye sore, as they did slightly spoil the view. There was also some noise from the road directly outside the hotel.

The hotel has the nicest location possible, the view at the lake is amazing (if you take lake view, I took patio view and changed it into lake view since the patio view was very dark, no sunlight whatsoever). The rook was very comfortable, stylish, the bed was perfect, I slept like a baby. And a fantastic pistachio croissant was served for breakfast! And the breakfast is served with a splendid view on the canal. Amazing!

The patio view rooms are very dark, no sunlight, watch out when booking a room. If you are coming and just want to sleep over and have a nice room with great location and you don't mind dark room then go for a cheaper option. Otherwise it is better to upgrade the room.

Allready in advance I had good feeling as the hotel answered emails very quicly and created impression of professional and experienced hotel. We were there with big family - 4 rooms - and changed dates, so lot to ask and organize but everything went very smoothly. Rooms were clean and comfy, beautiful views.

If you arrive by car the check-in and out are tricky as there is no actual place to park your car while doing check-in and yet you can´t take it to parking lot (5min walk away) until you have your room keycard.

We had beautiful view from the window and the room was very nice. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The area nearby is good for walking around in the evening and there are lots of places to grab dinner/lunch as well.

The sounds from the street were possible to hear during the night, luckily we were very tired so could fall asleep anyway The parking is rather far, but it is very cheap compared to any other options, so I still recommend using that option.

The location of the hotel was very central for the town and ferry port for lake Garda. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Unfortunately because it is surrounded by bars it is very noisy. The first night we were there it was very hot in the room, we were told that the air con had not been turned on yet,so to get air in the we opened the window, which obviously let the noise in. We asked for an electric fan to make the room bearable, which was supplied for the second night.

Shower. We only had the "rain" option, which means that if you want to take a shower, you have to wash your head, even if you don't want to. The kids hated this shower because the water got in their eyes. I booked a room for 4 people, but I had to pay an extra 15eur per night to make a bunk bed. Otherwise, there would be three of us sleeping in a double bed, with a 6-year-old child.

Great hotel to stay at lake Garda. Location is very good, right on the lake and at the very heart of Peschiera del Garda. The breakfast is great with a good selection, freshly squeezed orange juice and very good croissants (you have to order them the day before which is kinda weird but didn't bother us). The breakfast terrace is nice, you get fresh air and a good view of the lake. The rooms have enough space, everything you need (including AC). The breakfast staff was very friendly and professional.

The front desk staff was not really nice. The air dryer didn't really work well. The shower is designed badly, the water head is placed in a way that you basically have to flood the entire bathroom with water to get in, which was kinda annoying.
