Parc Hotel

Very welcoming and well informed receptionist, green vast grounds.

Restaurant hours are very limited and no one delivers food to the hotel. We didn't wish to drive one evening and skept the dinner. Laundry service is almost non existent, you need to schedule in advance, not too early in the morning and not in the evening, than you need to drive to the location. There is only one washer that is very small and drier that barely works. Better to use laundry service in the town.

The stay includes breakfast that was great. There is a nice fast food that is reasonable. A nice children's pool. Underground parking.

The mattress and pillows are not comfortable, they are stiff. Every night there is an active dance bar in the middle of the yard where the rooms can hear everything. The music is very loud and for those who have small children it can be problematic, especially because the music is until 23:00.

3 lovely pools. Good size rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Good beer.

Having to rely on shuttle bus to get into town. The bus was good and always on time but you had to arrange everything around the bus. Driver was an honest guy, found my expensive sunglasses and got them back to me.

Good hotels with pools, close to Gardaland. Kids friendly hotel.

Staying 4nights and using same restaurant with limited menu was boring. Taste was just ok. Our room's air conditioner was out of control, we couldn't turn off and it was freezing. (had to ask at reception to turn off our room's a/c)

The hotel is located in a quite golf area with amazingly beautiful scenery around. It’s a bit far from the city centre so having a car to reach it is a plus, though there is a shuttle bus going to and fro very often. (Till late evening) The breakfast was nice, good variety of products. Would be nice to have an outdoor sitting for breakfast too.

gorgeous hotel, good location and shuttle was handy to get to town. my daughter loved the mini disco it was a lovely hotel.. food at pizza / pasta is lovely. girls at reception are very friendly

some staff needs to speak english as they didn’t understand some basics, breakfast needs improvement , highchairs needs straps in buffet and pizza / pasta restaurant.

Everything else was perfect. We were traveling with a dog and this is the best place. They are welcome everywhere and there is a lot of green space everywhere for them to walk. Breakfast is great. We stayed in other hotels in Italy now as well and corona measures really make breakfast difficult. Here it was still very nice and a lot of choice. Rooms are great, the staff is very friendly and quick despite the huge crowd. So many things to do and sports activities. Location is amazing. Plenty of parking. Pools are very clean and they have a lot of them. Pizza&pasta is a great resort coffee/snack/dinner restaurant. We followed google maps and didn't have trouble finding the place.

The wifi didn't work at all. We all tried connecting but didn't even manage that. In any case the instructions already say the wifi is very slow (1 MB) and even the fast wifi is still only 8 MB.

Nice spacious rooms, with super warm and fluffy bathrobes. Free parking on the grounds. Plenty of options for breakfast. Nice bed.

The Wifi in the room and in the dining/breakfast area was terrible and I also didn't get any reception, so there was no possibility to go online to look something up. The pool closed early and opened late (a dive after dinner or before breakfast would've been nice).

A nice hotel, really close to Sigurta park. The rooms are clean and the service is great. A new shuttle service to and from Peschiera del Garda is a wonderful treat.

The taste and variety of the food can be a bit better

Pools with the slides. The kids really enjoyed it,plus the area around the hotel, all the greenery one can imagine. Really nice place that is worth visiting again.
